    Room was damp with mould on the bathroom ceiling. Safe deposit box not fixed so anyone could walk off with the safe. Sewage lorries arrived at 8 o'clock every morning and then a constant stream of lorries all day, the smell was dreadful. Restaurant was too small for the number of guests which meant guests had to eat breakfast outside by the pool with the smell of the sewage lorries. Pool area well looked after and reception staff very nice and helpful.... More

    We visited Goa during the month of July and since its off Season, booked this place thinking its a four star. Once we checked into our room realized its no way close to 4 star. The bathroom door was not locking. Locking the main door of the room needed a lot of effort, you need to be strong to do so. We did complain and ask them to change the room, but they said all the rooms were occupied. Which was hard to believe since it was off season. Anyways the experience in this hotel wasn't bad. The food at the restaurant is good, also the staff are courteous . My only problem was the room. My advice to the management please do fix the doors and the locks.... More

    we arrived 7th January and travelled premium with TUI, which I would definitely recommend, upon arrival we had to wait around 30-45 minutes to be shown to our room, we was given a drink which was very refreshing, I booked a deluxe room in the main building, there was not a room available for 2 nights in the main building so was shown to a room at the back of the hotel. rooms was clean towels changed everyday, after 2 days we were moved to a room with pool view, again room was big as was the bathroom, with a walk-in shower, it does state in the brochure that there wold be slippers and robes, but I never did see either! breakfast was ok if you could get a seat, during our stay there was a lot of Indian tourists who were very loud and took over the whole hotel! pool area was very small and no cushions/covers on loungers, although towels were available, location was excellent and we did have room service one night which the food was amazing and great value for money. At the beginning of our 2nd week I asked reception if we could keep our room as we had a night flight on our return only to be told "NO" they were fully booked, on the morning of our last day my husband was checking out and overheard another couple asking to keep their room on, "of course you can" was the answer, I then complained and said I had asked prior only to be told No, I was then told yes you could of kept the room on, we had already arranged with some lovely people we had met that we could use their apartment to shower and change, so disappointed with the hotel....     A good Goan Holiday Hotel !

    Hi we booked our holiday through Tui and was horrified when we read the reviews prior to departure. On arrival we were pleasantly surprised. We were greeted efficiently and courteously, givem a welcome drink and shown to our room all within 30 minutes. The room was large, bedding was clean and we had clean towels. The air con worked as did the large fan. although not intending to stay in the rooms for long periods the tv had tata sky which included several English film channels & sport channels. The rooms were cleaned everyday with clean towels provided, our bedding was changed 4 times in the 2 weeks we were there. I have been to Goa on numerous occassions and the breakfast was of a good standard for Goan Hotels. No full English but you are in India!. The pool area and pool were clean but small ,if you like to spend your holiday sat around the pool then this hotel is probably not for you. It is however nicely located for the beach. I found the staff to be very courteous with a smile and a reply when greeted . There is a small gym on the top floor if you are so inclined. Overall the hotel is probably not 4* as considered by European standards, but if you are looking for a decent hotel in a good location you could do much worse. I shall be returing in March... More

    Just spent 4 weeks at this hotel rooms are modern very spacious and clean staff are helpfull and friendly pool is well maintained. The hotel is up a little road off the main road. beach is an easy 5min stroll . some specials on meal s and drinks in the evening we always ate out so cant comment on taste but they seem good value i liked this hotel... More

Resort De Alturas is a luxurious property located at one of the most beautiful beach Candolim. It has five categories of rooms from Superior till Family Suite. This well designed property gives an easy to the beach. One can enjoy the beautiful view dawn and dusk. It as well offers amenities with comforts of all grand facilities like swimming pool, spa, gymnasium, multi - cuisine restaurant (Flame N Grill), Bar and Banquet Hall. Note: Swimming pool will be closed for the annual maintenance from 26th September 2016 to 5th October 2016

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
