    This modern hotel offers nice rooms for a good price, but the rooms need a "refresh". There is place for improvement in the service in terms of cleaning and minimum room service. Depending on the room it may be a bit cold in winter. Some big groups are staying in this hotel, therefore it may be noisy. The wifi did not work too well.... More

    Checked out 6 week ago - still not received our deposit back

    Avoid this hotel if you're wanting to get your deposit back in a timely manner. Received emails from booking.com saying that I will receive my deposit back and 6 weeks on, where's my deposit? Dno. Also, the term 'Couldn't swing a cat' was clearly invented for these rooms, had to turn into a 2D shape to try and navigate your way from your bed, past you pal and into the bathroom. One positive was that the bathroom was really spacious. Probably would not book again... More

    Could be a fantastic little gem.

    It is a real shame because the location of this place is perfect. We stayed in one of the hotel's apartments but we were let down mainly by the customer service. We booked a 6 bed apartment which is right in the centre of Benicassim town next to bars, restaurantes, clubs and a 15 minute walk to the beach. When we arrived to Valencia airport, we read that check in would close at 9. We had a delayed flight so we began calling the hotel at 8:30 to make arrangements, we tried for 30 minutes and had no luck. There were a numer of telephone numbers listed on the website and not one answered until at least 9:10. As you can imagine this is quite a stressful situation not knowing whether or not we had a place to stay overnight. When I finally got in touch with the hotel they explained that we would have to collect a key from a safe at the hotel entrance, which was perfectly resonable. When we arrived at the hotel, I called the number again to collect the key and the attendant was very rude. We had no idea where the apartment was, so when I asked her she replied "it says it on the website", which does not help a group of foreign travellers who need directions. We finally found the apartment and were extrememly dissappointed. The apartment did not have enough cuttlery, cups, plates or cooking equipment for 2 people let alone 6! When we checked in at the reception the next day, the staff were not very welcoming as if it were an inconvenience. We asked for an extra key as we only had one between 6 and kitchen equipment, which we were rudely denied. We also asked whether the apartment would be cleaned and if our beds would be changed as we were staying for two weeks, which again was not the case nor were there any cleaning equipment for us to do it ourselves. On top the the terrible customer service the apartment was a little dirty and the hallway stank as an old matress had been left to greet us everytime we left or entered the building (see image). The block had very noisy neigbours and there was only air conditioning in the living room, which meant anyone sleeping in the lounge would freeze to death while the rest of the apartment baked. We would not book this place again on our next visit to Benicassim. A little bit of TLC and friendly faces would have completely altered our opinion and experience at the Hotel Boutique Benicassim. We are not asking for a 5 star experience or we would have booked a 5 star hotel, just some friendly staff and clean rooms.... More

    Price is good , but you pay for it by no breakfast included and not very clean rooms. Our room was also not cleaned the day between the nights we stayed here. Staff needs a little reminder that they are in the service industry... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
