    Recently stayed on a family trip to goa except the location nothing was good the location was also average the rooms are samll and lack ventilation they offer very few amenities and lack good interiors the breakfast buffet is worse there are flies in the fruits very less dishes and the service is poor staff behaviour is not good...     We have booked this hotel through the website after looking at the reviews posted by the travellers, and I bet we were right . theHotel is situated on main road and easily acsessable to all the happening places. Now comes the Hotel part:- Staff is very polite and courteous, they go and help you out to get things done the way you want as a customer. Rooms are OK but not big enough. the breakfast was good for all 3 days they actually come and ask you for any extra things you require during meals. we also try dinner once which also was wonderful although they took 30 mins to serve which i beleive is a right time as the resturant was full. They do not have a proper parking space but somehow manages the things well. during the stay we enjoyed the pool but yes it was a small one with the jacuzzi on the sides. their staff especially at the reception and the restaurant is well behaved and i assume this is because of the leadership of their GM Mr. Behl who looks after every guest of the Hotel. Hats off to the staff and we surely will come back to this cygnett when ever we are at Goa.... More

    I had initially booked the hotel by looking at the location and the property pics on booking.com however, when we reached the hotel, property wise it was a big fail. The pool was so small and they almost had no backyard which actually on the website is shown as quite big. The rooms were unbelievable! We had booked for a 3 nights stay and our room type was 'Suite'. But unfortunately it was no way even closer to what a suite is! The room ended as soon as we entered. They literally have squeezed in 2 bedrooms in that specific area of a suite leaving no space for even the luggage! The room had an extremely foul smell of some kind of pesticide (probably which was sprayed recently)! Being absolutely unhappy with the overall scene we decided to move out of the place immediately. We ended up checking out at around 11.30pm the same day and for which we were charged for 1 full nights stay when we did not even spend 2 hours there! I rate this hotel 4/10 (4 points for the location).... More

CVgnett lnn Celestiial is located at a distance of 1 km from Candolim Beach and 0.5 km from Candoim Bus stand. This hotel in Goa offers free Wi-Fi access and free breakfast service to its guests. It comprises of 20 spacious and air-conditioned rooms spread across 4 floors. Rooms are well-equipped with amenities like LED TV, direct dial phone, tea/coffee maker, mini-bar and bottled drinking water. Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 11 AM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
