we stayed there for 2 nights and it was greattt.with breathtaking view to the valley and waterfall.we never ever forget this hotel and sound of the river.and also the staff was really helpful .for one day we ordered lunch from the menue and it was good although the price was at least 2 times more than local resturants .
once I ordered one indian dessert and I asked them to bring me just a little so they did and they didn’t consider it in my bill .
all the staff were kind and helpful and they want to help whenever you ask for.
I will defiantly stay in this hotel for the next time.I won’t forget this hotel in my life.
I should tell that we were 3 people and the room was big enough for 3 of us.
10,000 rupees for air conditioning

Citrusholidays booked us, the room was fantastic, great views. The temp was 24, so I went to turn AC on, but not working. I spoke with the manager and he advised me that AC is extra. I had to call Citrusholidays in London to get some help. I guarentied the payment and so the AC is on.

This lovely little mountain resort in Kerala province aspires to 4 star status for facilities and has 5 star service from the staff and servers. The rooms are clean large and have spectacular views of the low lying mountains it is nestled into. Like most approaches to Indian mountain resorts the road builders followed a snake in constructing the narrow and occasionally potholed route to the hotels. But the reward is a relaxing atmosphere with tasty cuisine in a glassed in dining room looking out to the mountain opposite. A real delight in my travels through India.
