    It might be good food and friendly staff in a good location but our room was not very good at all. Dirty towels and bedding. Poor bathroom with missing glass in the window and filthy mirror also lots of holes in tiles.. We could not adjust the aircon. Absolutely disgusting fridge! We had a look around at other rooms while we were there and you can get much cheaper and better quality. If you have a taxi booked make sure you have breakfast early, the waiting time is very poor.... More

    Some unfounded negative reviews on here. Room clean. A.c. as cold as you want. Breakfast limited but totally adequate. Hot shower and room cleaned daily. Quiet location but 2 mins from Titos lane. Security lockers available for free with cctv covering them. No need to take chances leaving valuables in your room. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ... More

    This is a very average hotel. We stayed here for 1 night so it was ok for us. But definitely not worth the place if you are travelling with family. We had booked a family room which had 2 beds. Room size was good but the linen was not up to the mark. Room was pretty clean. Since we left early at 8 am we didnt get breakfast which starts only after 9. In fact there was no one at reception at 8am . But our friends who were checking out later in the day said one has to literally wait till lunch time to get the complementary breakfast-which is again very average. We had one lunch there. Food service is damn slow. Wait time is atleast an hour after u order. Rooms are so close to each other. People staying in the adjacent room were so noisy and drunk and we could hear them so loud. It was really not very decent. Saw mainly bachelors staying there. Definitely not recommended for family. Overall would not recommend this hotel. There is parking for only 2 cars at the hotel. Beach is about 7 mins walk. There are much better places at the same price that we paid.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
