    One of the worst experiences anyone can have at a hotel - they charged Rs 500 per visitor, a total of Rs 2000 for family of 4 who visited my guests in their room for hardly 30 mins during their stay. Do not stay at this hotel if you can avoid it. The hotel rooms given to my guest had lot of dust all over it, was more of a storeroom with lot of mattresses kept in it, no towels were given at all even after repeated requests. Staff was very rude as well to my guests. It was nightmarish experience for my guests. As it was all prepaid through Oyo they had to put through all this nonsense. My guest's experience in detail below: I had booked a room for 2 days for my guests through Oyo and prepaid the entire bill. During the stay yesterday (11 Aug) at around noon, a family (couple with their 2 children) visited my guests at this Oyo hotel. They were allowed entry by the staff but once they were in the room of my guest, the Oyo staff came up to the room and informed that additional guests are not allowed in room. My guest who was staying with his family (wife & 2 sons) clearly informed the oyo staff that they were visitors and just visiting them for half an hour- they were not planning to stay there for any reasons. After about 30 mins my guests along with the visitors left for a party for which they had come to Pune. Later on when my guest came back to Oyo room at around 11PM in the night with his family post the party, the hotel staff along with the caretaker argued with my guests and asked them to come down to their 1st floor office to make payments of Rs 2000 (Rs 500 per visitor) for the visitors who came in. My guest asked for written hotel policy on visitors which was not provided even after multiple requests - they were not allowed to go to their room until they paid Rs 2000. Attaching the receipt of Rs 2000 which was charged to them and the receipt was given with reluctance only by hotel staff when my guest told them he won't pay until it is given. We have visited so many hotels and never ever come across any place which charges visitors and that too even without any information or written policy. This was my worst hotel stay experience wherein the family was almost harassed at 11pm in the night to make unfair payment for visitors or they were told not going to be allowed entry to hotel room.     Please don't choose this option unless you have strict budget constraints if you are looking comfortable stay , please avoid Pros Rooms are spacious Cons *This is not serviced apartment - Management should learn how to run a professional service apartment or it will be running like at present condition as lodge. * No professionalism . Don't expect any hospitality from Staff and they thinks like Cozy nest management is doing some favor for you . * Most of the Staff are from Alian's world including caretaker. They should get proper training for , how to behave, how to interact with customers etc. * high tariff of in house menu - for below par food. A tea will cost you RS 40, I would have happy to pay that if they are providing minimum 1 star service * *Parking is nightmare- they ask you park outside if owner's vehicle is there as two dedicated parking for owners and very limited parking options * If you need any special service , you have to behind staffs for get it done Verdict : Overall not at all comfortable . Baner is coming up with lots of service apartments , you can get proper style of serviced apartment stay with nice hospitality with good food options in same price range . Don't fall into the search results in pricing happened by search engine optimization.... More

    We were 5 of us attending a training program in Pune. We came across Cozy Nest Service Apartments and booked a service apartment there... This service apartment though basic was very comfortable. Rooms big enough to accommodate 3 persons. We had taken a bigger room that had a balcony, as we were 3 of us sharing. The service was prompt, "thank you Sujeet and his colleage (whose name I cannot remember) for your being so accommodating and prompt in your service"! I will definitely recommend Cozy Nest Service Apartments to others.....Keep it up guys....... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

Booking Policies

  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
