    The worst hole I have ever been in. Avoid this place!!!

    It was the worst acommodation I have ever been in. We had two rooms, one on a top, and one on the ground floor. The walls in the room on the top were full of moldy and wet, towels in the bathroom could not be dried out of moisture. Smell was disgusting. The handle of bathroom broken. We asked the guy to fix it, he did, but it lasted just two opening than it fell of again. We asked for a hairdryer. The only one they had was broken, so in the evening they brought one which they have bought in nearest shop. We were forced to pay in advance. The guy who works there Mohammed is fake and liar. Once you've paid you are left alone. TV one channel, Air condition produced terrible sound. The pictures and reviews on booking.com are absolutely false and from some earlier time. I would not recomend it even to my enemy. This is also criticism to booking.com, they should remove it from their list, but it seems they do not care for customer but more to their commission. Sadly for them as well. Shame on you too booking.com... More

    the staff is very nice, the breakfast is delicious, and the location is very good considering the maze that fes can be, however, one of the rooms (below the stairs) has a horrible smell (like sewage). Try to avoid that room and you'll be fine.... More

    Our stay in the Riad was much worse than we expected from the reviews. The few good things first: the riad is very close to the Blue Gate and is clean and cheap. However, the Riad is in the butcher section of the medina, so expect to see camel heads hangings from the shops, goat heads and live killings of chicken everytime you go in or out of the Riad. The smell inside the building is also bad and in our room there was a very bad smell coming from the bathroom. The communication with the riad was horrible: we send two emails few days in advance to cancel our last night and received no reply. The quality of the breakfast was quite poor compared to most riads. Usually, we almost never fail chosing a hotel following the reviews, but this time we failed. Maybe the boss has changed, or there is some other reason, but in our opinion the place was much worse than the reviews. NOT RECOMMENDED.... More

    I really liked our stay here! Advantages: Wafa and Zakariyya are super nice and their hospitalty is perfect. Wifi was good in our room called 'Meriam'. Breakfast is included and enough. The riad is in a side road of the sooks nearby the gate bab boujloud. I thought that was absolutely perfect when you wanted to get back by taxi and did not know how to tell the taxi driver how to get back (they hardly speak English. Most of them speak only French and Arabic). You have a lot of cash machines nearby the riad and places to eat. It is superrrrr close to café clock which has amazing food and the atmosphere is very nice!! Disadvanage: the bathroom was a little bit smelly but I have experienced this in multiple countries all over the world so it is not specific for this riad.... More

One can recline enjoying refreshments at 24 hours opened coffee shop- Paprika.


Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 03 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
