    Please do read this for an honest opinion. We were a group of 9 people on a tight budget looking for two family rooms and a single room. When I spoke to Mr. Joseph, he assured me of the cottage and also asked me for my number so that he could send images of the cottage through Whatsapp. After going through the photos, I knew that this is where I'll be staying. For the price he quoted, I found it to be the best price and providing the best services at the same time. I went through a few reviews here and paid special attention to the reviews which spoke negative because that was marked the "most helpful". I got a bit apprehensive and wondered if I did the right thing. But as I told you, we were on a budget and staying within that was our prerogative. Mr. Joseph was patient to answer all my questions and queries through phone and in fact, he was very polite too. After reaching there, I saw the cottage and immediately my group (two families with kids and a bachelor) were elated! It felt like home. That's what hotels should make us feel. Home away from home which in fact is also on their sign board. It may not be lavish but it surely was very cozy. A sofa, flat screen TV, two single sofa chairs, a round table, another dining table, two chairs waited in the living room. Upstairs were two AC bedrooms with King sized beds and ample floor space to lay two mattresses. Each room had a separate washroom which is always a good thing when you're a big group. Outside was a lawn on the right, a canteen to the left with the swimming pool. Agreed the swimming pool may appear small, but all of us 9 were in and swam to our heart's content with a whole lot of fun. Swings awaited kids along with a carrom board and table tennis. Well maintained. The carrom board was the smoothest I've ever played on and the table tennis was also awesome. The food is something everyone wrote about in a positive light so I'll just say one thing. I would love to back there every Sunday for their lunch especially their ice cream and potato cutlets. The service was fast and warm. In fact they kept inviting us for dinner since we were a bit late. It wasn't disturbing as such but just good hospitality. I kept thinking about the negative review which was very scalding to the image of the hotel and I realized that the whole review was very misleading. I mean it's a good thing the management asks all its guests their choices for food. While checking in itself, I asked for vegetarian food as well as food for one person who was fasting. The hotel happily obliged. I don't think many other 3 star hotels would do the same so promptly. Every guest lodged at the hotel seemed happy. At the end, I'd just like to say that someone's review can be misleading. Sure, he can have his opinion but it is only misleading other travelers. Thank you Bhiwandiwala uncle (the owner, a very warm and friendly person) and Joseph uncle (he personally went to purchase veggies since we were hungry and waiting for lunch).     I visited this resort in the month of June with my friends and the 1st time i booked with Travel Hungama.. they suggested me this place.. good and economical stay for friends, payments were collected from home and we got an option to make half payment unlike other online portals....we went there with zero expectations but to my surprise we were very happy with the cottage given to us.. it had 02 rooms and 01 living room and we were 8 girls very comfortable.. food was good..we met the care taker there Joseph Uncle who was kind enough to set the menu as per our choice..over all it was a happy stay...     This is one of the most pathetic hotel we have ever visited.the charges are high when you compare the size of rooms plus service.service is zero.no intercom.bad house keeping and untrained staff.god knows how this place is surviving.specially the manager one mr joseph who thinks himself to be very smart yes he is in cheating customers.and fail to understand why he trys to convince people to go to some other hotel called BLOOSOMS.food is average.we were advised by a friend to visit the place as he said it was managed by a young couple and had facilities like pool table horse riding and per friendly but nothing available.standard rooms are useless no proper televisions no water at times in bathrooms.never advise a enemy also to go.     Dont waste your money --- Felt cheated

    Started off with great expectations from this place. My only reason for selecting this resort was that it was pet friendly and had good reviews on trip advisor. We were 4 of us travelling and i had specifically asked if the rooms were big enough for 4 of us. One Mr Joseph had assured us that the rooms were big and he was especially giving us a cottage/premium room so that we have ample place. he charged us 1500rs per head for each day. Which makes a grand total of 12000rs for 2 days (so many options in that budget) When we arrived, instead of giving us a room with additional space he gave us a normal room where only 2 people could stay comfortably. There was no space for anymore people (now you know why they dont have pics of their room on this site !!). after much argument and grumbling, he gave us an adjacent room for the night. The next day however we were told that some guests were arriving and we had to vacate the room. This again lead to an uncomfortable situation where 4 people were in a room which was as big as a matchbox. We had arguments but they fell to deaf ears. All we were told is that even 6-7 people have adjusted and stayed in these rooms. Can you believe that??!! why would i care if X number of people have stayed in this room, if i have paid a particular amount for a bigger room. They should have made it clear from the start and we would not have booked this place. As for room service, well there is no room service so i cant really rate that. Your plates are never picked up from your room, you cant order stuff in your room. Bathrooms are moderately clean, nothing great. I had read a lot about the food before going here. Although the food is not bad, their service is pathetic. on the first day they asked us what they wanted for lunch and dinner, on the second day a larger group arrived and they started completely ignoring our requests and started paying attention to the big group. Clearly New occupants are entertained for a day and then ignored. Not going back here and Mr.Joseph, learn to do your job !!!... More

    Not a good experience.The room size is too small , not well maintained the TVs are also outdated small box in it...There is no room service or phone available in the room .The place is also conjusted not a resort as such, having a small pond like swimming pool and not maintained indoor games , carom and table tennis. Overall not a good place for stay, however the food quality, breakfast and lunch was very good.... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
