    I stayed in this hotel for 4 days.The hotel location is ideal for stay in Goa. Its very easy to get 2 or 4 wheeler on rent from just outside the hotel. Famous and best Casino Deltin Royale is just a walking distance from hotel. The rooms are very spacious and ideal for families. The food quality is very good and breakfast buffet was very tasty with lots of varieties.Hotel is ideal located very near to panjim market and good midpoint for travel to either north goa or south goa. Nearest beach is Miramar,just 3 kms from hotel.... More

    Ordinary Hotel..Not fulfilling expectations

    Being Country Inn by Carlson my expectations very were high as I had earlier stays at their properties, but this time it disappointed me. When we reached there and checked in we had to wait for around 45 minutes as the room was not ready. Despite waiting for such a long time the room that they offered us had a huge pillar in the centre of it. they had tried to cover that pillar with mirrors around it but imagine staying in a room where you are getting yourself hit by the pillar again and again. We asked the manager to change the room and he started giving us excuse that they only had that room left as all other rooms were occupied. After a long trail of arguments they provided us with another room without pillar. The second room that was offered had offensive smell of dampness and when removed the curtain there was a damp wall which was covered to conceal that dampness. Annoyed with this we again called the manager and asked him to give another room and he again started to argue that we'll get it fixed by the room freshener. after waiting for another 2-3 hours they gave us the keys of another room with no pillar and dampness. In short they ruined first day of our stay as the whole day we were left with no option but to check the quality of rooms for a comfortable stay. The food was okay but had a limited menu only. The staff their was very nice and welcoming too but not the managers.... More

    Good location in the heart of the city, friendly staff, okay service. However, I expected more from my stay in Country Inn on an official visit to Goa. The front office is quite nice and helpful, but the housekeeping leaves something to be desired. For instance, during my two days' stay, the tea supplies were not replenished. Even the used sugar sachet was found lying in the tea-supplies tray the next day. I am not very hung over on quick and prompt service, but certain minimum standards are expected when you stay in a property which is part of an international chain. Also, you get the impression in the hallways and the rooms that upkeep is just average. I suppose being present in Goa is enough, but I wish they would strive for higher standards.... More

    When we reached there was no parking, we parked outside. We did not like that. Rooms are good. breakfast was great. front-end staffs at receptions are not willing to help. No swimming pool. NO view from the hotel but centrally located. OK property.... More

Overview

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.

  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
