    I have been recommended this by one of my friends from London, so we went to the property and stayed for four nights. Our stay was very comfortable and pleasant. The linen was incredibly soft send nice to sleep in. The service from the staff was very courteous and the best part was the authentic Indian food. It was just awesome and quite reasonably priced. The location of Cotts Villa is quite convenient to reach all major places in Delhi and especially the airport. I will definitely be staying there again on my next trip to India. ... More

    Worst Property to Stay..

    This is based on fact, I felt the place is 100% haunted, I left immediately after check-in. Hotel not even refunded my money, third class ambience & service. Never visit nor plan, I found the properties is more indulge promoting some kind of wrong activities. The rooms are just ok, not as good as into pictures.     Good and Comfy Stay

    Had a good and comfy stay at Cotts Villa, well taken care by the owner himself. Rooms are quite extragavent as shown in pics. What i liked about the property is the close proximity to various shopping malls such as select city walk and promenade and not far from the airport. Highly recommended for business and solo travellers. Need to improvise on some aspect of service.. Rest is just top notch.... More

    Good Hotel but not on the main road .

    It was quite a task to find the hotel as the Google map was very confused . The property is located in Vasant Vihar interiors and is good 1.5 or more to the interiors . Hotel is a decent catch and fairly priced according to the area . Rooms are good and food is amazing . they do not have a restaurant just a common sitting area which is more like a dinning room with low sitting on every floor where u get to eat your breakfast . Breakfast was ok as compared to the ordered starters . Being a good hotel i was shocked to see that they do not have any billing system for the food they serve and we were given a hand bill which was bit of a turn off . There was water lodging smell in some rooms and parts of hotel . Rooms are well decorated and spacious . Staff was good and cooperative ( Tipping helped there ) . Recommend this hotel for people looking for a good , quite place to stay in vasant Vihar and near by area.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
