    Location is fantastic, it is smack on Connaught Place Circle but the hotel needs to keep up with maintenance. Plumbing was a constant issue. Everyday I had to call maintence and had to wait while they fix the pressure. Staff members are so nice and helpful. Anita was so sweet and helpful. Also, the Manager was very nice in accomadating me with different rooms that suited me. The hospitality in this hotel is Awesome !!!! They treat their guest with respect and do their best to make sure they are happy. I recommend this hotel but wish to tell the hotel to fix the plumbing issue. Not all rooms had plumbing issues on certain rooms. Thanks for the nice hospitality.... More

    The best thing about the hotel / restaurant is its location . Just across Gate 2 of Rajiv Chowk metro station , makes it accessible from any here and a side access shared with Cafe Coffee Day is really a good option. The restaurant has the old rustic decor , the service might be slow but the food is served with all smiles and warm feelings. We had Veg Biryani and Mix Veg along with Rotis which was OK. The pricing is moderate for both food as well as Liquor . They have some special schemes for BEER which is good and attractive.... More

    I am so disappointed with this hotel and the only thing going for it is it’s good location near the metro. Pictures don’t justify it, the hotel needs a complete makeover, very dirty, no lifts. We asked the reception to arrange train tickets to Shimla. A travel agent turned up within 5 minutes and took us to his office behind the hotel, Perfect Holidays. Here we parted with a large sum of money for them to organise train tickets and we were advised to book a hotel with them. We received no receipt, he said he would have it next day when we could pick up the train tickets. Next day, we were advised there was no train tickets available but he could offer a car and driver for same cost and the journey would take approx 6 hours. We needed to pay 5000 extra for tax!!! Still no receipt. We were advised the driver would have everything in the morning, receipts, itinerary, etc. Driver turned up with nothing but the name of the hotel. This made us feel very uneasy for the whole of the time we were there. We have definitely been SCAMMED and I am not sure until I get home what exactly was taken from my bank account. The driver was nice enough, the journey took 11 hours there and 9 hours back to Delhi, the journey took a long time as there was major road building works going on for most of the journey which the travel agency must have known about, and the hotel booked was 20 minutes car journey away from the centre, so we needed the services of a driver, we asked for a twin room, and found we were booked a double. Have emailed the company on 4 of their email addresses but still no response. Any advice on taking this further to try and get this disreputable company blocked from trading. Overview

The Corusprovides provides internet access and air-conditioned rooms. The hotel in New Delhi is located right near the Rajiv Chowk Metro Station. The hotel in New Delhi is close to many tourist attractions like the India Gate (4 km), Jantar Mantar (2 km) and President's Estate (5 km). Getting to the Corus is easy as the Indira Gandhi International Airport (15 km) and Shivaji Bridge Railway Station (1 km).

Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
