    Pros: 1. Wifi service 2. Location is good (in the heart of tourist spot0 3. Fare is reasonable comparing other hotels Cons: 1. Room and bed was dirty 2. Room service is terrible. Asking them for 2 days, they cleaned the room, changed the bed sheet 3. Drinking water was provided directly from water tap to bucket. People washed their hands on the bucket and water bottles were filled up from the same bucket. But they told us that water is from the filter. 4. Common toilet was in front of our room (room number 4) and there was bad smell always. 5. The hotel is not suitable for living with family.... More

    The worst hotel I ever booked

    The mistake I did was to book the hotel without going through the previous review. It has consistency of bad reviews and unfortunately all of them are true. Poor quality of rooms with no maintenance, and top of that arrogant manner less staffs. We struggle a lot to settle down in one room and finally cancelled our booking. This website should take the hotel out of the listing for the good will of customers. Hope others will go through the reviews before booking and spared from this hotel.... More

    Well I booked this hotel for a day with a/c and attached bathroom , but when I reached the hotel the manager told me that there is no room left with attached bath so I was given a room with common toilet . Well my booking was through GO IBIBO and I request these Companies to trade with better Hotel partners and not these types of Hotels which don't bother about commitment , The common bathroom was horrible and I left the hotel prior to my departure . Please don't book this horrible filthy hotel better stay at the Railway Station at Howrah if you do not get an accommodation in Kolkata. I don't know how the Travel Companies list these dirt filthy hotels in their list . Horrible... More

    You can find the same rubbish in the street that under the bed or in the common bathroom. The taxi from the AirPort had losed and had to call to the hotel for some help to arribed and we had not any help, os course, the room was paid the day before throw agoda .     Nice room,Well connected and Value for money

    I stayed here for 2 nights and was very satisfied with the behavior of manager and staff. I found the bathroom and the rooms clean. This property is at the centre of the city and is well connected which helped me attend my meetings on time. When I visited it was raining heavily and the situation was quite grim in other properties but the helpful staff made my departure easy. Thanks I look forward to stay here again... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
