    We booked two apartments from Valencio Diniz for 12 days in January. Upon arrival after 17 hours of travel we found the apartment locked and workmen outside and in the adjoining apartment. After trying to contact Diniz by phone, one of the workmen offered to go and get the key. He returned saying that Diniz would arrive shortly. We looked around the apartment we had access to, and then the workman allowed us into the second apartment. We initially made a cursory inspection and from that determined that Valencio Diniz’s listing of the amenities was a tissue of lies. There was no BBQ in the outside area, no shops/ATM/currency exchange within the complex as stated, it is not beachfront, it does not have a pool view, there is no pool bar (in fact a notice outside of the pool states “No Alcoholic Beverages Allowed”), no breakfast in the room delivered by Kentukee Restaurant (in fact Kentukee, which is a mile away, does NOT deliver, we asked specifically at a later date), there were no shops on site which was also stated. My list of “did not have” could go on. Rather, let me say what the two apartments at Casa Diniz/Colva Pearl Service Apartments did have. They had filthy cutlery in the drawers; mould in the fridges in both apartments; windows on the stairs had a space between the glass and window sill, one was stuffed with a dirty rag, the other was open to flies and mosquitos. There was what looked like petrified soap slivers in the bathrooms which had been left from previous tenants; the toilet in one of the apartments had urine in the bowl, on the seat and floor – this was the apartment being used by the workers and had plates of uneaten food on the table. We did not examine the mattresses but we did examine the pillows beneath their pillow cases and you could not have paid me enough to lay my head on one of those filthy, stained, truly nasty pillows. All in all the apartments had not been given a thorough clean in months. Valencio Diniz never did show up, even after several calls from us and from the booking agency. The man should be hung, drawn and quartered. Fortunately we were able to find accommodation at the nearby Colva Kinara Hotel where the rooms were clean and the staff wonderful. My Advice – STAY CLEAR OF CASA DINIZ/COLVA PEARL SERVICE APARTMENTS. I would not consider staying there even in an emergency!!... More

    Horrendous is too nice a word Casa Diniz

    We arrived at this complex to find 2 apartments had workmen sleeping in them. It was a complete building site, everything stated on description a lie including sea view. One apartment we got inside photos of as a workman kindly let us in to sit till I found a place to stay as we had been travelling 17 hours. There is no mention that there is 3 floors to bedrooms I had disabled cousin with me. Reviews a complete bogus as apartment had not been stayed in for months as they are up for sale I called for sale sign and they told me so. The mould on fridge testifies to this, it does not grow overnight even in India. I called Booking.com they called owner who refused to answer them they have since refunded difference between hotel and this place which I might add they don't do without proof. The owner contacted me before arrival on WhatsApp seemed everything was going to be fine when I went to send messages to Booking.com he had removed himself from my page . Please do not rent any of these apartments called Casa Diniz from the owner called Valencio Diniz a total scam artist beware.... More

    Disgusting appartment

    Absolutely disgusted to have arrived after a 17 hour journey to the most disgusting appartment I have ever seen! Owner was due to arrive to let us in and did not appear! Would not answer our calls! We were forced to find somewhere else to stay as you could not sleep here due to the disgusting condition! Were promised WiFi months before and had not been put in, the apartment hadn’t been cleaned for months as there was mould in the fridge, dirty toiletries left behind from previous guests! Work men getting changed inside the apparntment and sleeping on the door step! The complex was a building site! And were told on arrival that the appartments were up for sale. When finally speaking to the owner he said he was on his way and still did not appear! Massive thank you to Hotel Colva Kinara for making our holiday a million times better! DO NOT STAY AT CASA DINIZ!!! ... More

    We had been to this Service apartment last weekend and stayed for two days. Honestly speaking, I was disappointed. Though the rooms were spacious enough with required furniture but not done with planning. Staircases, veranda were not cleaned, in fact dog had defecated near corner of stairs and I had to follow up ten times to get it cleaned and in the process we had to bear the foul smell for one full day. During two days' stay, inspite of our repeated requests the wet towels were not replaced. We wanted to book a cab for a drop at airport. At reception counter, the driver of a car wanted Rs. 1000 against a regular fare of Rs. 600. The man at reception and the driver tried to convince me that Rs. 1000 was the regular fare and justified. So we decided to go out and book a cab. The car driver followed us and the same driver agreed for Rs. 700. And he said, 'we had to give Rs.300 to the receptionist as his commission so was asking for Rs.1000.' This was our experience in this property and we have decided not to go to this place ever in future.... More

    "Ultimate Place in Goa"

    I went with my friends over there...When we just reached,everybody liked the place a lot...It's a huge building with a nice architecture...Gives a typical Goa feel...The apartment is so comfortable...It was a 1 BHK...Best part was the swimming pool...every evening we enjoyed there a lot...Overall our trip to Goa was very Memorable because of Colva Pearl...😊... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
