    Beautiful hotel near beach with most amenities

    The hotel is in the midst of market area but backside near the beach just 2 minutes walk from the room. It has two pools, bar , restaurant and spa centre. Complimentary breakfast is sumptuous. Rooms are big with small fridge safe and tea coffee maker. A nice place with mostly foreigners there.... More

    Another fantastic stay.

    We stayed for a week at CSM. As usual we had a fantastic stay. A friendly welcome, and the staff were all helpful during our stay. If I must grumble about something this time was the pillows. They were to hard,resulting in a bad shoulder. The staff did give me new softer ones,but they were still uncomfortable for me. But credit where it's due, they tried there best to accommodate me. Apart from that I enjoyed my stay here. And will defiantly stay again on our next visit to Goa.... More

    Stayed at the Colonia Santa Maria with my daughter and granddaughter for two weeks the hotel is fantastic right on Baga beach where I love very quick and efficient booking in we had a ground floor room that had ample space for the three of us rooms were very clean and well equipped bedding and towels changed daily breakfast was good lots of choice We ate several meals at the restaurant the food was excellent Staff were very friendly and helpful I felt very safe at this hotel and will be back next year we spent a lot of time at Xavier's beach shack again fantastic food I have been to Goa several times but it was a first for my family they loved it and will come back to the CSM hotel ...     Surprisingly good

    We recently stayed at CSM for 4 weeks. We arrived end of October so season was just starting and the hotel not that full. The location of this hotel is perfect. It is a short stroll to the beach and the shacks. The other direction your at the end of CSM road which has the best restaurants around in my opinion. We had room 226. The room was spacious with a high ceiling and small terrace to sit outside. The room was cleaned to perfection every day, a big thanks to the cleaner boys. WIFI does NOT work in the rooms but you get a good connection at the restaurant/reception and pool area. Breakfast was ok. During our stay we could not get eggs boiled to our liking once. We advised the staff to invest in an egg timer. Not a major issue. Staff in general were great. Always smiling and willing to help. The reception manager, unfortunately can not remember her name was fantastic, always a smile with can do attitude. I would definitely recommend CSM to anybody looking at staying in Baga. I will go back one day for sure... More

Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 01 PM, Check-out Time is 11 AM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
