I lost my phone in Goa and the staff willingly helped me without hesitation. Biswa offered me own phone several times.Anne is the sweetest lady you will meet.
Nikam was very kind and helpful with every thing and helped out with any request.
Aman, Basu, sweet kind caring amazing people. Very hard working and caring staff. Will never forget them as they helped me when I had no means to contact anybody.
Dont hesitate to stay. There is no doubt about the rooms and service. Everything was great.

Recently did a trip to Goa with my friends and booked this place on a colleague's recommendation. We had a Studio Apartment which has 2 bedrooms, 1 Bathroom, Kitchen n 2 balcony. The owner is very helpful. They don't have a Kitchen but you can order food from outside. Rooms are very neat and clean. They have pool facility as well. I enjoyed my stay there and would love to visit again :)
British tourists "BEWARE"

Just got back from Goa after a 8 weeks stay at the "Coco Goa rooms".The rooms are kept spotlessly clean and the towels were changed daily, the staff were pleasant and friendly, OK so far. It's a basic room only service, with the option of breakfast at an extra cost, wait for it,.....you have to walk about half a kilometer to the restaurant "Honey" in Arpora to receive this service. I must add at this point, that the owner, arrived during our first week, and I approached him about the breakfast charges, he pondered it for about 5 hours, and agreed that we could avail ourselves of breakfast, free of charge. There is a pool at the "hotel", situated across the road behind the Coco Goa, we had been there a week before we found out about it. Management failed to inform us, and we only found it by accident, when getting our bearings,
We looked at the Coco Goa last year, and were shown 2 types of room. A family room and double room, we opted for the double. The price for this room was rs. 2500 per night
which was around £25 last year, because we were staying for 8 weeks we negotiated a price of rs.2100 ( the price for next year 2018 has risen to rs. 3700 per night), which suited us and we agreed to the deal. Each room has an adjoining door, which, I admit,I did not take a lot of notice of,when reserving the room. There are 4 rooms per landing, 2 family and 2 double, each with a connecting door.there are 3 floors with the stairway running central. You can hear everything through these doors. Now I am not a killjoy, everyone is entitled to enjoy themselves when on holiday, but the noise level through these doors is terrible,People coming in at 0200 in the morning, inviting their friends and partying till 0400, and then sleeping until the afternoon, it was like as if they were in the room with us. I think I am entitled to a good nights rest as well as anyone else and complained to management on numerous occasions, and even banged the adjoining door myself with a solid object, and let the people next door know in no uncertain terms what I thought about the situation. The noise mainly happens, on a regular basis, at weekends, when all the domestic tourists come for a weekend break.
As I stated I complained to management about this, and they did tell the people involved to keep the noise level down, but this was after the fact, management are not available at night. This went on for 7 weeks, and I approached the manager and asked if there was any chance at all of having a good nights rest in our last week. I give credit to him, for they didn't let the room next door, for a week. (Aaah peace at last), but I was still on edge.
This review, is mainly to warn British tourists, who want a quiet and peaceful holiday,
not to stay at the "Coco Goa" in Arpora Goa
Self Contained Comfortable Rooms
on Dec 9, 2016
We were placed in first floor Studio Room. Room is equipped with small kitchen with small fridge and microwave owen. Stayed for 5 nights.
Room is very well maintained and we were very much satisfied with out stay.
We arrived at 2 am in the morning and had issues in tracing the building, as no sign was placed on the road for directions. Management must place some board near You and Me restaurant or near Hotel Abalone.
Awesome sleep quality.
Tip: Avoid Ground Floor room.
