    Booked in this hotel through an acquaintance one month before the scheduled vacation date. They gave email confirmation also. But when i called to confirm the reservation status two day before the visit date, these morons said that they are sold out and no rooms are available. I already saw many bad reviews about them before booking. But only due to the suggestion of my acquaintance, i booked there. Luckly, I got room in another better resort and moved on. Travellers, book in this hotel only if you want to screw up your holidays.... More

    1. Staff was not responsive and inattentive. Instead the manager out there was weird and I guess forgot customer service. 2. Food quality was average. The person serving the food was good. 3. The property was not maintained properly. Poor in cleanliness. 4. Only what we loved was the view from the room and they had terrace from where we could enjoy the view.... More

    Reading all the bad reviews I was afraid with my hotel selection. But all went good. Rooms were clean,hot water at fix timing, room service was quick. And view from the hotel was also very nice. The only problem is it is bit far away from the market place so if you don't have personal vehicle it's very difficult to travel. Otherwise i liked it. They doesn't have false ceiling in room and above it there is terrace so the noise directly comes to the room which is annoying when you try to get some sleep.... More

    This hotel has unethical and possibly illegal practices. To begin with, the hotel management denied it is a part of the Expedia and refused to accept the reservation. Does this hotel have a partnership with Expedia? After a lengthy argument, the hotel half-heartedly agreed to provide two rooms. The hotel was not reachable from 7:00 a.m. to 7 p.m. due to road construction and may be blocked for another one year. The rooms are barely furnished. One of the rooms had musty smell that was unbearable to sleep. Both rooms had bathrooms that were full of mold and mildew. It was funny to see the hotel restaurant operating with hand-written menu. I have never seen anything like this anywhere. The hotel did not give a receipt either. Isn't illegal to operate a business without giving a receipt for the business transactions?... More

Overview

This budget, leisure hill resort is nestled in the lush green lap of Nature just opposite Devilkulam Forest Office, which is along National Highway to Madurai Road. There are 22 simple rooms with 24 hours riim service and offering a home-like ambiance. Top Trees - a multi-cuisine restaurant lures guests to taste its its southern flavour. There is also an arrangement for sightseeing tour of the city, which can be availed only if guests are booked on special packages.

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
