    The hotel also called landmark hotel. I stayed in this hotel for a 4 days business trip. I start regret that I book the hotel in system which is non refundable. I think I will move out on the same day when I check in if it is possible. The room is spacious and full of wood. If you like wood design, maybe it suit your taste. The bed is super hard, I feel like I am laying a thin layer of blanket over a wood. I didn't sleep well on first night even I am so tired. Sound proof is poor as I could hear the horn from car during night time. Air conditional unit was installed above the bed. This is really strange design. The staff is friendly but they all speak very limited of English. Sometime they even will misunderstood your meaning so make sure you repeat your sentences until they fully understand. The housekeeping people run into my room when I go to have breakfast at 7.15am morning. I am so shock when I saw them in my room as I didn't brought my hand bag with me when I went to have breakfast. The lock on the toilet door doesn't functioned at all. The floor get wet when you stand shower inside the bathtub. The design is poor. The coffee is cold when I have breakfast at 7.10am and the bread is hard. Only few choices for oriental food. I only have egg with some vegetable and fruit. Nothing beside this Hotel, no convenience store, no supermarket, nothing. They don't even have gym. I really do not understand how this hotel got 4 stars as it was promoted. I can't find any reason to come back to this hotel as there are some many nice hotels now at this area with better location. I will never come back to this hotel. ... More

    I stayed in this hotel for couple of nights .The room are good and spacious with facilities of minibar etc.The buffet breakfast has plenty of choice but its mainly oriental and nothing continental expect that they have egg station.overall good hotel and value for money... More

    I would never stay here for holiday. I had a Jr. Suite there. The main living room was ok. Great space and all you need as rg. water boiler, refrigerator, tv, internet and so on. But the bathroom is a disaster, without going in any details. The hotel got a swimming pool which is under maintenance. Don't but your hopes high by cooling down there. In fact it looks like they haven't worked on for years. ... More

    Das Hotel Personal sehr freundlich hilfsbereit nicht immer gute Englisch Spachkenntnisse! Sehr Grosse Zimmer gemuehlich mit verschieden sprachigen TV Kanaelen. Gutes zum Hotel gehoehrendem Restaurant mit Park und Aquarium gleich gegenueber vom Hotel, Achtung beim Ueberqueren der Strasse/Autobahn, aber meistens wird man sicher vom Hotel Personal herueber geschlaeust!! Overview

Serenade with Nature from the luxury of this 5 Star resort, which is located amid the wide stretch of mountains at Chinnakanal Village. Overlooking the verdant tea estates are the 93 rooms that are maintained with room service. It is catered from the multi-cuisine restaurant that serve international and authentic regional dishes. Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
