    Insensitivity for veg customers

    I am member with Club Mahindra with membership id ******* and I used to be a great admirer of the same.  On 30 th Dec 2017 I checked in to Club Mahindra Manali as I took extra week holiday from RIC.  In a very unfortunate insidence on 30 th Dec 2017, I had gone for dinner in your restorant. I called the restorant Manager Mr.  Amar and informed him I want to take buffey dinner I was told due to cost cutting we are not buffey serving for all three meals be it breakfast lunch or dinner as guest occupancy is not full but he assured me to serve selected items on my table and charge me buffet price I was disheartened  but i agreed. I called restorant manager again and informed him I am a pure vegetation and do not eat even egg please be sure what ever is served to me is vegetarian. In a very unfortunate incidence the first meal served to me was a starter and I assumed it to be Gobi Manchurian I ate away few pieces and realised some thing wrong about it on questioning I was told It was Chicken Manchurian served to me. Sir I am a Brahmin and a strict vegetation who has not ever taken even an  egg in cake or Pastry. How on earth can you do it with me for your Cost Saving Policies. Your restorent Manager took no initiative to arrange my dinner at your another resort in Manali which is just 500 meters away I could have gone there for a buffey meal where buffey was being served only if I was advised. I slept hungry and couldn't get a nap after all the gargel and brushing for the guilt that I ate non veg at 41 years of my life.  It may not be a big issue  for you but for me it and for any vegetarion it is a very sensitive issue. I can't go to your restorent in this property  again as it will haunt my memory and I wont be able to take a grain of food. I request your top management to intervene and take strict action as my holiday is reuined for your insensitivity. Although I appreciate role of GM Club Mahindra Manali his promptness to shift me in White Meedos Manali on my request and apology on the issue. I am writing this review on behalf of all Vegetarian Customers of Club Mahindra. (Probably  50 ℅ or more out of your 1,50,000 customers are Vegetarian) It is very insensitive on part of Club Mahindra to make Vegetarians sit and be served along with non Vegetarian Customers where we can neither bear the smell nor sight of non veg. Moreover we are charged same as Non Vegetarian customer for buffet meal where non veg customers are given more food to eat for the same price as vegetarian customers, In a way it is vegetarian customers are subsidising food of non veg customers. This is totally unjustified. Please have a differential pricing for veg and non veg customers and please arrange separate sitting for veg and non veg customers.     Property with good views

    We visited Manali during the monsoon season so had to stay indoors quite a lot but we enjoyed the weather and the views from the hotel. We had 2 one bedroom type units booked and they are very very spacious with 2 bathrooms in every unit. Can sleep 4 comfortably. Perfect for a family of 4. The food at this Club Mahindra is better than any other location. The only drawback is that their is no elevator, so may be difficult for people with disabilities and/or elderly people. The recreation center has games like every Club Mahindra. Suitable for all age groups. They have a good spa with talented therapists though the spa needs to be cleaner.... More

    Scenic property with the best view of Mountains

    All points for the location of this property. It might get a little difficult to get here if you are arriving at night but its totally worth it. Most of the rooms are with a valley view with snow covered mountains. Staff hospitality is good. Food- good (expensive just like all CM resorts) This place is away from the main Manali Mall road/market but if you are looking for a quite and a relaxing holiday then this is the place to chill. Overview

Easily accessible from the Manali Bus Depot (4 km), Club Mahindra Manali accommodates a spa namely Svaastha. This Manali resort is at 4 km from The Mall.   1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
