    This is well maintained large club mahindra property. It is on main kalka simla highway , 30 Kms before simla. So away from simla's traffic and nestle.. Check in was very smooth. We were given best 1BR room of property an dfrom room balcony we could see beautiful sunset. There are lot and lot of activities like ziplne,zorbing. Fun zone was very musch active and there are lots of activities and family games every day. Overall a very good experinece... More

    Dear Club Mahindra Kandaghat Team, I write this mail with absolute satisfaction and delight about my stay with your resort last week, as I was looking to unshackle myself from the concrete jungles of busy streets and cities into the serene beauty of nature and Club Mahindra Kandaghat was "the place". I was amazed to see the services and warm hospitality by your highly skilled professionals. This was my first visit to your resort and let me tell you, you just won me as a vocal brand ambassador for a lifetime. Keep up the spectacular work you have been doing. Room were in mint condition with amazing view. Along with your spectacular property and figure licking and delicious food , your 'amazing' staff was equally responsible for making this a delightful experience; from front office, Kitchen/Food Staff (Mr. Raj), Travel Desk, to house keeping, your people are your true assets. In particular, I would like to mention Mr. Harsh Puri (Front Office) for his meticulous way of dealing with guests. Please incentivize people like him for exhibiting true values of hospitality. My special thanks to Mr. Vijay Bhatia for his assistance in executing our astute logistics planning and stay. You are true flag bearer for keeping Club Mahindra Kandaghat high. Well Done !     Located 30 kms before shimla from the hustle & bustle of the city.This place is one of the finest properties in mahindra porfolio .Right from the time of check in assisted by Mr Shubham & Front desk officer Mr Joseph all the staff is courteous and smiling.There is a lot going on in the club like zorbing, zipline, rapling, paint ball and games room has activities going on through out the day.We mostly opted for the buffet which in my view was a good deal & the food quality was outstanding.The only minus was the pillows were to fluffy :)....     I visited this place last week with my wife. The property has been very well designed and facilities (rooms, restaurants, activities) laid out in such a manner that everything is easy to locate. Although property is huge and rooms are located at longer distance but shuttle services are provided every time a person need to come to the reception, restaurant or the common games area. Food is average and costly as compare to other external resorts. Breakfast buffet price is somehow digestive but dinner-lunch prices are at the higher side. There are so many restaurants outside resort nearby (within 4-5 Km) which offer better food options. Overall it was a good experience and thanks to Club Mahindra... More

    We stayed at this beautiful resort in November 2017. Such a beautiful heaven with gardens and lovely variable flora. The activity (kids Centre) centre is the main attraction, and the staff there most importantly brings life by their most courteous. The rooms are well kept. Resorts are so beautiful. I would like to plan another trip with Club Mahindra Kandhagahat... More

Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 02 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
