    Features. 1. Very dirty room, cottons, and pillows. 2. You will see very rude people. 3. You will not hot water. 4. Very worst food I have been booked hotel from online and while seeing photos i thought this will be good hotel. After reaching hotel i got frustrated like anything. Nothing god in this hotel.     A Nice Bed & Breakfast Stop Over

    At the outset, let me confess that this hotel is not for the luxury seekers. But for true nature lovers who want to spend more time with the forests, peaks, waterfalls and tea gardens than lazing around in a hotel room, Club 9 Holidays is the perfect nest. The property is located near Devikulam town, on the Munnar-Thekkady Road, about 7 kms from Munnar town. Being outside the town, the usual crowds, taxis, music and confusion is missing : and that's what makes the place more interesting. An early morning walk to the Devikulam town on the back side of the hotel is absolutely refreshing. If you have a vehicle, staying at this hotel is not problem. You may experience some delays in breakfast/lunch/dinner to be served, because the cook travels from his village 15 Kms away each day. The rooms are large and clean, the bathrooms are basic and the general cleanliness is good. The staff are informal and friendly. One important point to note is that except BSNL, no other cell phone connection is available at this hotel. Overall a good bed and breakfast (breakfast not guaranteed) stop over at Munnar.... More

    The Worst ever I have seen

    The hotel was booked For INR 1998/- for 2 nights, i.e INR 999/- per night. but when we reached hotel they said that there is no room available even after an confirmed booking. Later they gave a room stating the rent as INR 1500/- for a single night. But the room condition was the worst I have ever seen in Munnar. The room was having a decade old TV that too not in working condition even the remote was not working. Washrooms was to its worst no family can use that washroom. When Inquired about it the attendant was too harsh and said this only we can give if want you stay else you leave and we left the premises the next moment. But again he took INR 1000/- stating that we used the room but we just entered and informed this issue. I suggest none to visit that hotel again. The worst worst I have seen.... More

Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
