    Stayed here for 2 nights with family, thought this place deserved a good review for future travelers. We stayed in a 2 bedroom. had a TV in each of the bedroom so was a good thing. A good place. Clean, well maintained, within the city. You can get an Auto easily outside the hotel. 2Kms away is Express Avenue.Zara's (a good pub), China Town, Ilusions....etc. The staff was friendly, so you can use their advise on how to get about in chennai. Prior to booking we did send a lot of queries to them, and we got a quick reply. The only thing we found a little difficult was telling the auto guys the location. But i think we sorted that in the 2nd day, Tell them aluvapet, close to isabel hospital, hanuman temple, oliver road, ...that should give the idea. If all fails then keep the contact numbers of the hotel guys and give them a call they can speak to the drivers and guide them easily. Would recommend anyone to stay here.... More

    I chose this hotel mainly for the proximity to an area I wanted to visit. I must say, even if it was located a little away I would have liked to stay here. Extremely comfortable stay, very clean rooms and bathrooms, very courteous staff, exceptional services. If you enter a room, it will either please you or you will just have to adapt to it during your stay. I must say that this was one of the places I instantly liked upon arrival. Will definitely recommend it. Needless to mention, this will be the hotel of choice in my next visit to the city.. Truly, staying at Cloud Nine was one of the best highlights of my trip..!... More

    Stayed for 3 nights on a Business Trip to Chennai. Was pleasantly surprised at finding such a well maintained place in the Heart of the city. Rooms were spotless( as the hotel is brand new), with all facilities one would need. Breakfast was served in room itself and on our order. Wifi is free and that is something missing in many other places in chennai.Staff were very friendly. Walking distance to lot of gud eat outs. Got a spl corporate rate also. Overall very nice, will def stay again.... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
