    I booked to stay here because I had a very early morning flight and didn't want to have a long taxi ride at 3am. When I arrived the place seemed deserted except for the guard who had to call a member of staff to check me in. They seemed a bit surprised to see me but my booking was on the system and they did have a room for me although they kept me waiting while they put the finishing touches on it. The room they gave me was next to the reception and was reasonably clean and well furnished. The good: The main staff member I dealt with was very helpful and polite, he checked me in, arranged my taxi for the following morning and took my dinner order with great efficiency. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept on in India - a deep soft mattress with a thick warm duvet and fluffy pillows. The food was delicious although a bit slow to arrive. I had Dahl and a veg curry and both were hot, full of flavours and very generous portions. The bad: In the half hour after I entered my room staff members barged into my room 3 times without knocking and it was clear they weren't used to having anyone stay in that particular room which was agacent to the reception. The bathroom windows looked out onto the street with no frosting or curtains which meant that anyone walking down the street would have a full view directly into the shower - I had to hang a towel over the window to guarantee privacy. However, most of the other rooms seem to be on a higher level so this probably isn't a problem for them. There was a constant low hum from a motor of some kind, perhaps an air conditioner from another room, that vibrated through the room all night. Just as I was going to bed the biggest gecko I've ever seen emerged and slowly made its way across the wall and behind the curtain (it must have been at least 20cm long). Fortunately I quite like geckos but it's not what you expect in a place like this. My biggest complaint which is the reason for me giving a low rating is that I was charged 500 rupees for a ride to the airport that took exactly 5 minutes. The driver was clearly someone who worked for the hotel, or at least a friend, as he was asleep in the reception when I came out of my room in the morning. Without any other options for transport to the airport I was forced to pay the grossly over inflated rate which after paying £49 for the mediocre room is quite frankly plain rude. I would only recommend staying here if you really need somewhere close to the airport for one night. Otherwise look for something better even if it's further away. ... More

    No longer Leisure Vacations - just Cliff Resort

    I stayed here for one night to catch an early flight. I had booked through Orbitz a month before. The hotel was hard to find. There are no signs out front. They had no booking for me. Apparently they stopped working with Orbitz two years ago when it changed hands. I got a room for 3,000 Rupees cash. The room was fine. The grounds of the hotel are run down. The toilet has no flush - there was a plastic bucket in the shower to fill. There is a LOT of noise from aircraft taking off from the airport.... More

    Excellent value for money

    This is a well located no frills hotel, pretty close to the airport. The staff is all very pleasant and keen to please. Good size room with effective airconditioning, LCD TV, twin beds, wardrobe, etc. Bathroom with toiletries. The breakfast was simple but adequate with fruit, eggs, toast and jam, tea, coffee, milk and cereals. There were also some puris and bhaji that I did not try but others were apparently enjoying! The signage along the road is poor and so the place is difficult to locate - the directions given by OYO Rooms are totally wrong. Can unhesitatingly recommend to friends.... More

    If anyone is planning to stay near airport, please do not think twice before booking this hotel. The staff is really very helpful. Rooms are neat and clean. No problems with any kind of service whatsoever. I was a little worried after reading reviews from fellow travellers but all my doubts were put to rest with my stay on christmas week of dec 2015....   1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
