    We had a good size double room with en-suite facilities. It was spotlessly clean. The sink could perhaps do with a little upgrade. The kitchen facilities were excellent and although we didn't really use it much as we were only on a short stay, if staying longer would have been a very cost effective holiday with microwave, toaster,fridge, cooker etc. Ample supplies for a sweet breakfast although again we din't make full use of this. The owner contacted us when we booked so was there to greet us on our arrival which was before normal check in time. He gave us a map and explained everything. A little confusion regarding leaving our cases on last day, but this was sorted allowing us to leave our cases all day until we returned in the evening to then catch our flight. We were in fact given a key to let ourselves in as the owner does not live on site. Bit dissapointed on first view from outside, but inside was lovely and it grew on us. Perfect location being 20 minutes from the Colisseum. We were also able to catch the on off bus from here which was a brilliant way to see everything we wanted. Found several restaurants nearby at reasonable prices. I suppose it would have been nice to have a little lounge area but not a major issue on a short stay. All in all a lovely stay. We would return as it fully catered for our needs.... More

    The host was very friendly, was a quiet and clean room , 7 minutes walk to Colosseum, the breakfast was good, if you like british breakfast this is not for you, metro station at 6 minutes walk. I recommend this facility! :) ... More

    Good b&b 15 minutes leisurely walk from Colosseum

    My husband and I stayed at Urbi Et Orbi for 3 nights in the Acqua Marina double room. The room faces the courtyard, comprises of a very comfortable king size bed and an en suite bathroom. The b&b facilities are good. There is a communal kitchen for a "do it yourself" breakfast and dining/reception area. We were welcomed on our first day by the b&b owner Marco. He was very welcoming and showed us around the flat. Marco was kind enough to let us check in an hour and a half before the actual check in time, which was really nice and accommodating. The hotel is a 2 minutes walk from a supermarket and 15 minutes leisurely walk from the Colosseum. The b&b has 4 bedrooms, two of which are en suits and two of which have private, "under the lock" bathrooms across the hall from the bedrooms. As above our room had an en suite. The bathroom was modern and clean. The shower cabin could benefit from a new seal but that is a very minor thing. Small criticism for the b&b is that the breakfast bar missed some fruit juice and that the Acqua Marina room could definitely benefit from some new sleeping pillows.     The location is not good, it took almost 1 hour or half to reach the main attractions from this hotel. Although it has a beautiful kitchen, there are restrictions on using it. there is no buggy place, lift is very small if you are with stroller (buggy) and children. Room service is not up to the mark, we were there for 6 nights and they never cleaned the room or changed the bed sheet only organized the room. Only changed the towels once but toilet was also not cleaned in these 6 days!... More

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
