    Communication sync not there between hotel management and cleartrip

    I had no issues during the check-in. But when i check-out, the hotel management said we didnt get the amount from cleartrip. The manager wanted me to pay the money and get the same from clear trip. I had tried calling clear trip helpline multiple times on saturday night. The call was not lifted. I have somehow convinced the manager promising I will pay the money if clear trip doesnot respond. I had given my office address copy and then he allowed me to go. I didnt get a call from him after that. but it was a bad experience. Kindly give me a call. Thanks.... More

    Cheating hotel.

    We booked 4 rooms through Cleartrip for 2 nights at city residency. We got a horrible experience to know that our rooms are sold to other people. We already paid full amount for booking. We left pity helpless at 1.30 at night. After a long quarrel when we say we are going to police station to register a complaint they got ready to offer 2 std rooms against our 2 deluxe n 2 std reservation. After much assertion we got 3 very poorly maintained rooms. This is poorly maintained, very old property. But above all they are cheaters. Don't go here in any circumstances.... More

    Nice place in budget price

    I stayed in the place for 2 night. The price is very much economical. I dot a good discount to be here. Room size was very huge. Room was neat and clean and very well maintained. AC was fully working. Bathroom was clean. Hotel front office was small but was very good. Hotel Staff was very much friendly and cooperative. Room service was very much fast. Drinking water quality was very good. Overall nice place to stay.... More

    We have stayed in this hotel for a day in AC double bed room. Hotel is decent, located at Thiruvanmiyur signal, very near to IT hub. Bed sheets and covers were good. AC and TV working well, though rooms and bathroom look old. But the cot was making sounds whenever we turn. Reception was ok. But looks this kind of room is expensive.... More

    Hotel is in a very good location, staff is friendly - but the hotel needs serious renovation. I had been to the same hotel 6 years back and with my recent visit, I felt the same bedsheet, buckets, TV are in use. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
