The hotel is very good for stay with family. all staff is very good,spically KARTIK is so polite and humble .when hotels wifi is not working he gives me his mobile and hotspot thanx KARTIK that tym i have some important job to do and he is very fast in his work he clean my room in just 15 or 16 min thax kartik for making my work easy

The date i never forget 10/11/2019
It was very good stay in citrus hotel. Citrus lonavala is very good place for family.all staff is very good specially, KARTIK. i meet him at the tym of room clening, he is very fast in his work, he clean my hole room in just 15 or 20 min
And his behavior is too polite and he is always smiling. When i want to know his name he ware a name tag 🔖 trainne. I ask to him about his name. And he is always present in single call. And at the time we are getting in trouble about network problem, i just call to kartik and he is there,then he gives me her mobile and hotspot, he is too good

It’s business hotel not for family

We were 6 of us and we stayed for one night.
It’s good for business persons only.
Staff is just fine not pro active or shows any signs of willingness to assist.
Security staff though is more pleasing.
F&B team was more of students in training hence not equipped to serve guests without the patience to help them especially early morning.

The experience was horrible.
I booked Suite in Citrus, Lonavala. Reached there on 06/10/2019. The hotel parking can occupy four cars only and by luck, we got parking. We were happy to see the hotel from outside and wanted to have a great experience.
The check-in process was horrible. I had to wait for approx. 40 mins to get the room.
We went to relax and instead got the experience of our lives.
What transpired on the first day (06/10/19):
I was given Room No. 1. By the sight of it, it looked like a deluxe room. The person who came with us to the room didn't say anything about the room.
The room was automated and the buttons were not working properly. Even the labels were incorrect. The air conditioning was not working properly, so we called up the front desk. They sent some person who was also not aware that there are two automation systems different for each room.
I tried to ask for the Hotel Manager but got an executive who also was less informed about the systems and property. The manager was nowhere to be seen.
The TV and AC remote was not working properly. Then all of a sudden, the fan started to make noise and as usual, called up the front desk again. The person informed that they will change our room.
Then we were given Room No. 35. It was a spacious room with one sofa. No chairs or table to write on. Again we were disappointed. On top of it, the drawers under the TV set were kept open. We couldn’t close them as the TV plus was put inside the drawer, so cannot close the drawer. It is very dangerous if you have small kids running around.
The telephone has In-Room Dining number written on it but there are no menus in the room. The fridge was not working and there was no snacks bar in the room.
What transpired on the second day (07/10/19):
We went out for sight-seeing on 07/10 and asked to clean the room. When we came back, there were no towels.
When asked, the house-keeping person said, they didn’t have any clean towels. This is the attitude of the people working in Citrus.
I went to play some games and the AC was not working in the game room. Got the room for AC but as usual nothing works in that hotel.
What transpired on the third day (08/10/19), the day of check-out:
We were eager to go back home and forget this horrible experience, the came the mother of all surprises.
Reached front desk for check-out and there was only one girl who was handling all the check-out. No one was assisting her and there were a lot of people going back home.
I pity that girl who was handling all the checkouts by herself. Finally, my number came after patiently waiting for half an hour and paid the money.
Still trying to forget this horrible experience.

I'll visit again and again in club Citrus because of his staff behave and location of Hotel. nice food and ambience in restaurant. Manager Mr. Dinesh is helpful guy. they helped us to give the best to our kids.
