    Good Hotel but can be better

    Hi We stayed in Citrus ,Jaipur from 29.11.17 till 01.12.17. The three guys (Mr. Anmol,Mukesh & Gaurav) handling day to day affairs were really nice. The rooms are good, services & food are good too. The three gentleman supported us for whatever assistance we requested. We gave good ratings for all the parameters while check in out too , except for check-in experience for which we gave 'Average' rating. Reason was not the experience but the guy we met at the front desk at the time of check in.We met Mr. Punith who is supposedly the sales chief of the organisation, at the time of check in.We arrived at the hotel at 12.15 PM and went straight to the check in counter.There we met this gentleman.As we are constantly travelling for work & pleasure, we know that check in & check out time are sacrosanct and needs to be followed.Therefore, we went straight to the desk and requested that if no rooms are available , we may be informed so that we can head for lunch and then come back and check in by 2.00 PM.Mr Punith, informed us that he will check and inform which never happened.The guy walked out in front of us without informing us anything.That was quite shameful for someone who is head- sales of a hospitality business.Then we waited for almost 45 minutes during which no one approached to know the reason for which we are waiting in the reception area.Its a small area and everyone can see us BTW.After waiting for long we decided to ask them again as we cannot wait forever.Then Mr. Anmol informed us that rooms are not available and without any further communication we simply went for lunch. I request you to communicate only with the guys dressed in White or ask the name of the three gentleman's named earlier and proceed with your booking. Interacting with anyone else and specially guys like punith may surely disappoint you. During our total tour of 15 days in which we have stayed in 6 different hotels,this individual experience with an individual is only the one which we regret.Otherwise the hospitality was great in all the six including Citrus. You can definitely stay in Citrus group but try to interact only with Anmol,Mukesh or Gaurav.Specially Mukesh as he was most approachable. Other two were also great. Rajiv... More

    'Supportive Staff, Well Maintained, Clean and Worth to pay

    I celebrated my parents 25th wedding anniversary on October 14th in the banquet of citrus. It is sufficient for a gathering of 60-70 people. The food was good and tasty, my each and every guest was happy with the service and food served by the employees of Hotel Citurs. The price is also reasonable as per the amenities given. A good place for a small get together. And of course the staff around there was very helpful and the service provided by each one of them was really appreciating. A big Thanks to all in making my party lively. :)... More

    Good Location, small rooms but well maintained and good food

    We stayed in Citrus Hotel for a day during our Jaipur visit as part of our Rajasthan Trip. We were in group of four families with six kids in age group of 10-16 Yrs. Location: It is in a good residential locality close to Birla Mandir. There are shops and restaurants near-by. Property: It is a very small property more like a business hotel with small rooms. It seems to be very new property. Even if rooms are small, they are very well maintained. No other amenities are available Service: No major issue with the service. I would expect staff to allocate double bed room if booking is done for family. Food: Breakfast spread was very good. Good mix of India and continental items. Over-all: Excellent value for money, recommended if you are only planning to stay of single night or planning to spend most of your time sightseeing.... More

Citrus Hotel Jaipur is located at a distance of 5 km from the Jaipur Bus Stand and the Jaipur Railway Station. This hotel offers free Wi-Fi access within the premises. A total of 5 spacious rooms are available for accommodation. Amenities offered in these air-conditioned rooms include tea/coffee maker, television, mini-bar, telephone, 24-hour room service, bottled drinking water, separate sitting area and attached bathroom with hot/cold running water facility and toiletries.


Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 02 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
