    We stayed for 4 nights. Way too pricey for what it offers compared to other hotels of the same price in Delhi. Rooms were acceptable (some permanent stains in walls and bed sheets) and toilet was clean. Daily room cleaning. Some days they said breakfast buffet was not available, to call room service, other days room service was not available and we had to come down to the buffet. Not many options for westerns (cornflakes and toast). Personel was kind. Wouldn’t go back but stay was overall acceptable.... More

    i was in delhi on 7 and 8th feb with my family .some of my relative booked this hotel for me . very terrible expirience .only 1-2 staff in hotel . if u call room service u have to call 4-5 times then somebody will attend u . extereme was i took shower 3 morning and i got towel for shower only on 2nd day . rest 2 days i took shower using hand towel. many time asked for towel everytime answer was laundry people not came or on the way. first time seen hotel like this. nobody resposible person in hotel.i suggest trip advisor not attach ur prestigious name on this kind of hotel.i will give 0 out of 100 to this hotel .terrible expirience ....     Gone with friends for a birthday party the service and the staff is very nice they have changed the staff all are very professional and very helpfull.Very nice hotel and they have improved a lot in every thing totally a paisa vasool stay. The food quality is also improved from early time I have visited. Suggested for all to stay with family. A family hotel and a very very nice hotel to stay with family. ... More

    This is all fake they are The big scammers, they actually steal money out of you. Manager name IRFAN KHAN he is a very bad man, always use abusive language and the staff is bad like anything once you done with you online booking then they say no to everyone, And committed to refund my money but i havn't receive any money till yet so stop doing booking over here. I already reported for them into the consumer court. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE ACTUALLY YOU ARE NOT SAFE WITH THEIR ROOMS TOO>... More

  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
