    We held our Bank Officer association's AGM cum picnic on 24th sept 2016, total 125 officers of our bank were present. We stayed overnight and overall the experience was fantastic & a memorable one. The location, ambience, food, swimming pool, rooms, services, DJ, karoake singing arrangement were all fabulous, it has left a everlasting impression on our officer members. This was our third visit and hope to visit in future too...... More

    Went in August 2016 with family. Hotel location is very nice, very good food specially sea food. Perfect for family. Rooms are big enough. Food ordering takes time hence better to order well in advance (20-25 mins. advance). Nothing to complain since they cook as per the order. In all had good stay.... More

    Located in Uttan, I can say the view at this place is superb. The property is spacious, you have space to do as you please. There is ample of car parking The game room - Carrom, foosball, table tennis The pool is the best, is also has a nice and cozy seating area besides it. I would say the only disappointing part was the food, since we were the only family at the resort the specialty food "fish" wasn't fresh, it was kept in the freezer for over two days. The other dishes like chicken etc etc ... Was pretty average. Overall good experience at the resort ... More

    Pretty good for a bunch of stags!

    We went here as a group of stags and weren't expecting too much as our focus was to eat drink and be merry over the weekend. but we found the place much above our expectations. the pool was a surprise. its nice and well maintained. The best part was the view from the higher floors. there is no habitation for miles till you see, its just open expance of land and sea thereafter. the resort could do a better on the service front. rest all good. if you are on a right budget and looking for an option closer home this is it. less than an hours drive from Thane....     Not Maintained, Good Location and Food

    Though it was a weekend the resort was still not fully occupied .. I went there with my friend and we enjoyed the stay (only because of the great company) The rooms are shabby and ill maintained. The best part about the resort is the swimming pool and the location. The staff was also helpful . Though we did not get a chance to visit the beach, but it wasn't a great beach either . The resort or rather I would say a guest house is ok if the purpose is to have fun with friends .. Not recommended for stay with family or kids .. The resort is located at a good location and with little more investment in the rooms it has a great potential !... More

Overview

Cigad Hotel & Resort in Bhayandar is a smoke free property located 12 km from Maxus mall. The well facilitated hotel houses elegantly styled rooms for accommodation as well as offers dormitory stay. Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
