    Rooms : The hotel rooms are very average, dimly lit. fans were making a noise. Fridge was old not cooling great. there is no minibar. Food: the food is very average. Avoid eating lunch or dinner. Breakfast ok..one can get basic eggs, toast, two other Indian dishes, on alternate days menu is the same. Service: Staff is very polite, nice, warm. View: View from deck/breakfast place is breath taking. this is the best part about the resort. Location: walking distance from 2 great restaurants called Titlie and Antares which is an advantage. beach access from the resort .... More

    This hotel has been a great surprise. Quite far from Old Goa, it has very comfortable large rooms with all facilities. Just ask for the hair dryer. Aray welcomed me at the reception and held me in any way possible. All staff is professional and competent. From the hotel you can see a stunning sunset. There are shops and good restaurants nearby. Breakfast is good and you have it on the veranda looking at the sea. I certainly would recommend Casa Vagator for its quality.... More

    It was an absolute delight to have sent our 3 day holiday at Casa Vagator. The property is at a beautiful location and is a perfect blend of greenery and the beach. However, one should head there for the hospitality, help is provided the minute you look for it. The GM Mr Kapoor ensures a perfect stay, with Sameer and Johny attending with a smile always. Definitely visiting this place soon :)... More

    We enjoyed a few monsun season days at Casa Vagator. If you look for a sèeview room V4 is definetly the best choice. The staff was all very friendly and utmost helpful. There are two nice swimming pools and a restaurant on the premises and a pool table does not deserve the name. The food in the restaurant was good and fair priced. The only threat for regular guests are party folks returning at night and not showing much respect for those who want to use this time to sleep.... More

    What you see is definitely not what you get!!

    We booked this Resort, based on the Reviews , but we had quite the opposite experience and I would seriously recommend that you do your research, before choosing this one :( The approach was through some cardboard Arch and near some old garage . So the whole approach is disappointing to begin with! The rooms were smelly and musty. my pillow cover reeked of naphthalene balls and I had to do without. Our friends room had a broken AC and broken lampshades!! It was shocking. The "view" was of garbage thrown over the balcony and a ramshackle outhouse. The balcony railing was so dirty with bird droppings, that one could not even lean on it. The place was leaking everywhere, because of the rains and all in all, it has to be one of the worst hotel experiences ever. No bread /fruit for breakfast and when we asked for chairs near the Pool we were told that there were none. The Staff were very pleasant... but for the price we paid, the stay was a colossal disappointment. We finally moved out , to a cheaper, cleaner and much nicer place , which ended our holiday on a good note.... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
