    Thank you Kirsty for our lovery apt 208 at first we were not too happy as we did not get any sun on the balcony at that side of the building so we just went to the beach every day as normal but near the end of the our stay we discovered the new roof top terrace so that will be something else for us to look forward to next time we vist.     Just back from out 8 week stay and again loved every moment staying here Kristy is on hand day and night if needed and is very quick to act on any issues you may have. This year my brother and sister in law and my 2 friends come for the first time in goa and stayed next to us in 2 other studios they also loved it here and will look to return next year along with myself (already ear marked my 2 studios :) All the staff are good and happy to see you I have to mention the night security guy who is just so lovely he always had a smile and greeted us with a hand shake if we needed anything at night he would go out of his way to help. Please remember the staff who are not front line when handing out the tips as I think he deserves a tip just as much as anyone else. I will be back very soon if i can :)... More

    Just returned from goa we stayed at the casa philomena must say it was a great place to stay it was our first time in an apartment and I must say we really enjoyed.We had the first floor apartment we had two balconies the apartment was clean and tidy we had the room cleaned and the bed linen changed every three days the house boy's were really helpful it was a great location security on the gate we could not fault it and are going back again next year many thanks to Kirsty green...     We just got back from a 3 week holiday in Goa stayed in the Casa Philomena, This is our first private rental after 15 years of package holidays to Goa. The room were spacious and fully equipment with everything you need, including a washing machine!!. Room boys and staff were very friendly and most welcoming and the pool and garden area was ideal to relax. Kirsty was excellent and made sure we had a good stay, we have already booked for next year as it the location is ideal for us.... More

Monteiro Bus Stop is 3 km and Baga Beach is 1 km away from Casa Philomena. Free breakfast is provided to the guests staying in this boutique in Calangute. Room amenities feature an ensuite bathroom with hot and cold water supply, cooking facilities, bottled drinking water, tea/coffee machine and a make-up mirror. This 4-storeyed boutique comprises of 27 rooms.


Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 10 AM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
