    Casa baga is a small property near baga beach. It is close to the busiest street of Goa. Pros - Beautiful and big rooms. Close to beach. Value for money in terms of stay. Cons - Breakfast is boring Ammenities are simple There is no parking place by hotel Staff is helpful and as it is close to beach, you can try food on the beach shacks. Baga beach is 5 minutes walk.     Wonderful & Cherishable Stay

    I was here with my parents for 3 nights and we had the most memorable stay at this quaint little beautiful property, The exclusiveness of this property is its proximity to the famous and happening Baga beach ( just a 5 minute walk). The property is enriched with a beautiful decor and room had an ethnic and anitque look and feel. The rooms were clean and equipped with basic amenities. The service was excellent and the staff was very pleasant and willing to go an extra mile to provide you with comfortable experience. The food must get a mention here as it was matched with par with the rest of the property - Excellent and delicious. The chef prepared meals as per our request and were very accomodating.     ok stay , has issues and needs renovation

    My stay here was just about ok bt overall not so great . I was given whats what they call their star room which is their highest category room. I would have preferred a more function room rather. The room was large no doubt and had good decor prima facie but it was dusty and tea cups had spider webs in it . There was dust all over my bed and I could clearly say that that room had not been occupied for a few weeks and they did just bother to clean it in a few week and before giving it to me . When I checked in they made a big deal about it being s star category room and that it costs more and that none other rooms are available. But during my whole stay , I did not see more than 2 guests staying there . Plus in a day , they asked me 5 times to pay as if I was running somewhere . I was happy to pay at check in but they didn’t ask me to pay them and then kept bothering me with it constantly . Location is fine , close to Baga beach and Tito and shops etc but the street is muddy in rains . My room door lock had an issue and did not lock and I had to either call someone to hlp lock or struggle with it. Wi-fi hardly worked. All the books there were in another language than English. There were flies and mosquitoes in the food area , balcony area and the cleanliness of the place was questionable Overall I did not have a stay worth Rs 3000 in off peak season .... More

Overview

Casa Baga, the only boutique resort on this stretch of coastline is perfectly located right next to the Baga beach and at a walking distance of all shops, bars and restaurants in the area. Providing a Balinese touch are the 24 spacious rooms to stay in. Most of the rooms are equipped with a verandah to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Guests can also enjoy the beautiful pool setting or request for a massage which is offered on charge.

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 02 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
