    This is the third time I have visited Goa and i have experienced very bad stay.. This is very horrible hotel, waste of money.. very rude and pathetic staff. Breakfast is very horrible. only toast and Jam bread which is not also fresh.. very dirty rooms and bathrooms. Not even proper room service.. Please don't go here... all the reviews which i have read before all are fake.. you can't even stay for one night.. Please book some another hotel..... More

    This place has very rude staff. Never seen such attitude with any Hotel staff. The staff names are Deepak and Sunny. Pathetic place to be.Please don't go here. Please go to silent beach resort or Babu huts.... More

    Luxury at its best

    We stayed at casa ashvem for 3 nights and 2 days . its beautiful resort with 7 cottages made purely from wood. staff is always ready to help and very polite. Restaurant was under renovation so we were not able to use it. got a lovely small swimming pool which was very clean. Owner Mr Desouza and his son are very polite and accommodating with the customers. the best thing is we got the rooms very cheap as the season was yet to start. Will definitely visit again.... More

    Good, but only in season

    A friend stayed at this place during the holiday season and recommended it. I visited a month before Goa's tourist season starts (Nov to Feb) and I didn't have such a great experience. Positives - The rooms are done up nicely - wooden cottages (not practical for the heat though!), the room has all the amenities and space you need (huge king size bed and bathtub were big pluses for us) and there's a decent swimming pool. The service was good too - the staff was quite responsive. Negatives - Since we went during off season, they weren't serving dinner (they did warn us before we checked in). I looked at two rooms before picking one and they were both musty with a stale odor. They used a room freshener later which helped, but the room definitely could use an airing out. What really ruined the experience for us was the huge roach in the bathtub and another one below the bed - found both of them in the night when it was too late to look for another hotel. We checked out as early as we could, in the morning. I expect they don't have these problems during season when they have more staff to take care of the place, but that's still no excuse. The place is done up fairly well and because we checked out so early, they reduced the room rate which was nice of them...but even so, we're definitely not going back : (... More

    Great Place to Stay but stay away in Summers

    A friend of mine suggested this place. It really is like paradise on earth. The wooden cottages and the swimming pool is great. The rooms are spacious and it is far from the maddening crowd of calangute or Baga. However, like I've said, it is really far from Calangute or Baga where the real action is. While Arambol and Ashwem has decent crowd, they are known more for the rave parties. But not the place to stay during summers. The resort is usually closed from end of April till October. They rent it out cheap during this time. The kitchen is close but we were happy we found an amazing restaurant right next to this resort. The real minus side is the heat during the summers. The AC is not enough to keep the room atleast at 30C. Since the rooms are made of wood you cannot spend a minute inside the room even when the AC is on all the time. I dont think it is a big problem if you visit during winters. But just keep in mind that it is really far from the city and the road are narrow.... More

Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
