We spent a week here. Room was a good size with a balcony. Cleaned well every day. AC worked ok as we only used it during the day. Staff were good and attentive. We only had breakfast here - pretty average - eggs to order, tissue thin bread, local dishes ok, coffee varies day to day. The pool is nice and large enough for actual swimming - cleaned daily. The tunes played get pretty old as they only seem to have several cd's. the whole garden area is very pleasant. About a 10 minute walk to the "centre" of Benaulim or the beach. Several good restaurants within easy walking or tuk-tuk range.

Carina beach resort is a beautiful resort, very helpful staff, great food, lovely accommodation, would definitely go back to resort. Great location as well, beach not far from resort and local shops and restaurants. Just what we needed after a trashing trip ,well worth it.
Service with a Smile!

It was a wonderful stay with an awesome room! We had the pool view. It was very spacious and in a good location! The staff was very friendly and welcoming and seemed to genuinely care.Seldom do you find such "quality care" as we experienced at this Comfort. Looking forward to coming back to this hotel......a home away from home!!!
Wonderful month stay for a large group

Thank you so much Carina Beach Resort for being the hub for our month-long vaccination drive, protecting the dogs of Goa against rabies.
Carina were brilliant from the booking process throughout our stay. Mission Rabies brought a group of 26 international volunteers to stay for a month in total. Chaotic as these sorts of projects can be, the staff were brilliant at sorting out all of our guests into rooms and ensuring that all of our initial needs were seen to. This included money exchange, taxi booking and over-night arrival greetings.
Every evening, we had a wonderful buffet of traditional Indian food laid up for us in the picturesque garden area, or in our own covered area should the weather not be ideal. The restaurant could cater well for our vegetarian and vegan needs and they even sorted out a packed breakfast and lunch everyday for one of our guests with strict dietary requirements. Drinks were provided a la carte and there was a large range of reasonably priced soft and alcoholic beverages available.
Rooms were basically furnished with a TV, air-conditioning and balcony each. All volunteers commented about how comfy the beds were - a rare find in India! The housekeeping kept the rooms to a brilliant standard, with daily cleaning provided if required (but we tended to only ask for every other day).
I was amazed at how well this hotel catered for such a large group so efficiently - please send my thanks to all of the staff members who really went out of their way for us!
