We booked a cottage for two days. It was an awesome trip. All the arrangements were wonderful. Great place to chill. Very hospitable, friendly and happy people. This is set away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Serene ambiance. Lots of games - pool, tt, carrom, basketball, football, archery, chess. We were elated. Bonfire was fun too. Food was tasty and fresh. They even arranged for a cake for celebrating my beau's birthday. It was one of the best birthdays ever. We had a great time there. There were 2 cute, fluffy labs also - they were so so so adorable. Wish we could just stay back there forever. Need to back back again with friends and family. Kudos to the entire Temgarh team!

A little known place that is BIG on service and ambiance. After a stressful year we were looking for a place that is withdrawn from the din of the big city and whilst browsing ‘Trip Advisor’ we chanced upon this place and decided to give it a go. The best accidental choice we’ve made!!
When anyone Visits any ‘resort’ all they expect is that they should have peace of mind with great location and good service.
Location: The resort is nestled in lovely surrounding in Mulshi. The Journey form Pune was a Joy as our constant travel companions were lush green trees and chirping birds (the kids enjoyed the most). The resort is hidden away in a valley of sorts that gives it a magical feel.
Rooms: We opted for the Swiss tents and they really well maintained and clean. Even though they were tents they have attached bathrooms. The owners have really maintained this place quite well. The tents give you a kind of adventurous feel as if
you are camped out on a safari. Loved it!!
Service: One word WOW!! What can I say about the service, it was the most personal service that I’ve ever seen (far better that some if the so called 5 star hotels). The staff is very dedicated and they treat you like family catering to all your needs. They set up a personal little bon fire for us as we had little kids with us.
Food: Lip smacking!! Absolute home cooked feel and the vegetarian dishes too were too good and we (hardcore carnivores) hogged on the paneer and mushrooms. The tandoori Chiken/barbecue we order were all gobbled up in a jiffy.
Verdict: If you have been waiting for a place to escape the daily grind then ‘Camp Temgarh’ is the place you need to head to right away. You will love the seclusion and serenity. Bon Voyage!!

We stayed 1 night over the weekend in the tent and had a good experience overall. The place, its facilities and what you get are exactly as mentioned on their website. The location and setting is beautiful and serene - It is nestled in the middle of mountains and fields, and the only sounds you hear are birds and other guests playing sport or music.
Rooms - The tent has an AC and comfortably sleeps 4 with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Linen seemed fresh and clean. The tents could be a bit better cleaned - it was Dusty in places and silverfish on the roof of the bathroom. A kettle in the room would be really useful for a morning / evening cuppa that can be enjoyed on the veranda looking out at the mountains. Soap, handwash, a hand towel & toilet paper are provided. Not sure why they don't provide towels, one would think towels are a basic expectation for the amount you are paying. Our basin outlet had a major leak which had the waste water going all over the bathroom - something that can easily be fixed.
Food - The food is good. Decent spread. Service is very good. As promised on the website, they gave an early dinner for my son, promptly at 7.30 as requested. The evening high tea is just tea and pakodas. While the potato pakodas were hot and crisp, the tea needs to be improved. Dessert is served in disposable plastic bowls and spoons which contradicts their ecofriendly aims. I was hoping to be served some of the fruits from the papaya, chickoo and banana trees around the resort during breakfast or tea time but was disappointed there were no fruit options.
Facilities - there are 2 large grounds for football, cricket or whatever else a group wants to play. Volleyball, badminton, carrom board, pool table, couple of swings & hammocks. The large trampoline needs the surrounding safety Nets to be fixed. A little stream is a short trek away. The water was pretty fast flowing at the time we went, so we couldn't venture into it.
I was a bit concerned about personal safety since it was just me and my toddler going there, however the place is perfectly safe, staff is warm and friendly.
Overall a good place for a night or two, with decent family crowd. A few improvements could do wonders for the place.
