- They never clean bathrooms. It stinks all the time
- Room service is bad as well
- AC was not working for us most of the time
- Owner is little rude
Worst ever place ! Don't waste ur time here

This is one of the most pathetic place ever...!! The staff is worst the manager raj is not co operative and is a racist guy he never gives you a bill for the stay or either writes down your details in guest book. The rooms are not up to mark and lot of musquitoes.
The staff Manager (Raj) is a cheat they promised me a ac ocean view room for Rs3500 but after checkin i was told that ac is not working here and some silly reasons and room was in not a condition and bathrooms stink with dirt and mud all over.
I would never visit the place anytime again. It was a disaster and I spoiled my vacation here, this place has lost its charm unlike before. You guys need a revamp for your staff and rooms. Please concentrate to focus improvement on rooms on your beach side huts.
Well located "back-packer" beach huts.

We stayed here for a week in Feb this year and found it to be well situated in the middle of Palolem beach. The huts are fairly basic and there are four price levels, the dearest being at ground level on and facing the beach, then ranging down through beach facing high level, garden view between the restaurant and a pathway behind ( this is where we stayed) to the cheapest which were situated beyond this pathway.
The huts where we stayed have no A/C but have fans and the showers are not heated. The beds are on the firm side, but if you are used to Indian beds this is not a problem.
We opted for a rate which included breakfast. Breakfast consisted of two fried eggs with toast, butter and jam and tea or coffee. This was ok if a bit monotonous; it would have been nice if they had made it eggs any style. We also ate there for an evening meal on a couple of occasions. The tandoori kebabs were good and served with chips and salad but I found found the curry to be mediocre.
All in all you get what you pay for and this is at the cheap end of the market.
Sea view hunt
on Mar 21, 2017
The staff was really nice with us, our cabin was one of the wooden sea view ones, but on the top...I would prefer one just right on the beach but were more expensive and not available. The color ones on their profile pics are in the inside area of the hotel but also close to the beach, although you could not see the sea from there. The toilet was very basic but hot water. The restaurant at night served delicious fish in their bbq for a good price.
Dirty and not fit for purpose

I booked this accommodation online directly with camp San Francisco. I opted for the beach front hut, which online looked lovely. Shortly after booking I received a message saying I couldn't have the beach from hut as there was none available and would have to go for the deluxe beach front. I had booked for myself, husband and daughter, in total 3750 rupees, near enough £50 a night, as I had to pay extra for a bed for my daughter. The deluxe came in at a whopping 4950 rupees plus 1200 for the additional bed, so around £80 a night. I declined and asked why they couldn't honour my booking and I didn't want to spend that much. They then agree I wouldn't have to pay for my daughters bed and they would pick us up from the train station, so I agreed. We arrived on the overnight train from Ernakulam to Goa and there was no one waiting for us, I had no wifi so couldn't message so in desperation phoned them, they advised me they had emailed the previous evening to say they had managed to get me the original booked hut and that didn't include transfers! A little late as they knew we were coming on an overnight train. We took a taxi from the prepaid stand at 1000 rupees and eventually arrived at the site. They really didn't believe they had done anything wrong and were adamant they had messaged me so it was ok. When I got on to wifi I had received an email from the previous evening which had been sent at 10pm. We eventually went to our room, well it was disgusting, the roof was cracked and open in places, link had been stuck on one wall to make it appear a little better, it was dirty and when my daughters bed eventually arrived it was two mats from the sun Beds! The bathroom had nails sticking out of the wall, all in all disgusting. We were over the kitchen, so the smells were something else and the noise started at 7 and went on until late in the evening. We requested to be moved but they were having none of it and stated that they would easily get 5000 rupees for the room as there were no others on the beach. She did offer us a refund to find somewhere else for the 2nd night but it was true there were no other rooms, so basically we had to lump it. Do not stay here, we are now in a beach hut for 800 rupees, it hasn't got air con, but beats the camp San Francisco hands down.
