    Visited Puri during Puja 2017 month of Sept. I would recommend NOT to stay here at all, the complete hotel is under renovation but that is not an excuse for the bad service we have received there. Although every kitchen staff needs special mention for their polite and warm behaviour...they tried their level best to compensate of the poor management of the hotel. to list down the woos, it is a long list cut short: - Toilet having broken tap, no geyser, not properly cleaned - Room did not have a electric cattle (we got one after requesting or this though), not even a Glass or Cup or any instant Tea/Coffee items - Bed sheets, mattresses are extremely dirty - Wardrobes having no rods or hangers - Staffs are very novice and NOT well trained. It seems the hotel management is running it somehow - Overall the room is not worth paying the amount it asked for (Rs. 3700/-). Management is taking booking while the renovation si going on and this can lead to any kind of acce=ident and security incidents I would suggest NOT to stay here at all until the hotel really takes a decent shape... More

    Wow .Great Hotel very near to golden beach...temple is also nearer can be reached through auto available all the time infront of the Hotel. Cost 80 rs .nice food..help in getting local trips and is more than good place to eat for non veg lovers. I like to mention one thing that you can see the beach by window. ... More

    Excellant location. Design of this Resort is such that from each and every room you can see/view the Sea which is normally not available in maximum hotel/resort. Rooms are spacious, neat and clean. staffs are well behaved to customers, very much attentive and services are very prompt. rates are reasonable. during lunch you can enjoy typical bengali meal along with Kansar thali, bati and glass other than chinese meal, Gujrati meal etc. Staffs are providing information about timing of visit of Temple and also guide about the precautionary measure for visiting sea shore....     Just on the marine drive, a well decorated resort with all modern amenities. specialty is the food, which we felt was the best in puri. spacious, well equipped rooms with all basic facilities. own private tent on the beach for the guest.... More

    Very very very bad hotel in the universe

    I had stayed here for 22nd May as I had not got any sea facing rooms from other hotels in Puri. Hotel feels like a dustbin, the staffs are careless, they think the customer as a big fish in the net. Rooms are very dirty and soaking the moist. Even in the early morning the room became a pond and I used shoes to walk in the room. My advise is not to stay in this hotel any more, rather you can opt for a lodge but not this so called hotel....   1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
