    Its a sea side hotel. You got cottage to stay there, which has view of either sea or pool. But i must suggest to stay in sea view cottages. You can have view of great indian ocean from your room. You acan enjoy roaming at private beach which lies in hotel boundaries. Little far from city and famous beaches which may create little difficulties. Aither than distance every thing was great.     Restaurant : morning breakfast taste is just bad . It's very difficult to go wrong with dosas and idly. Dosa had no salt masala was not good. Idly was not soft. No glasses for juice - pathetic service untrained or callous staff . The manager at the morning bf must care enough to provide good service. No training to staff ,callous behavior because they are not paid well or just mismanagement especially at the morning bf on floor 1 . No one even cares to bring a glass and pour water when we sit for bf. This is very basic to provide a glass of water. Crows have a peck at the food - no one cares that's the worst part. Live Music is good at the open air restaurant . View : is very nice. Sunset seen from here is awesome Surrounding: stray dogs should definitely be controlled , mid night also they keep running amuck. Privacy : the cabanas are placed close by.111 room has no privacy , if we open the curtains the restaurant is seen . ... More

    Very bad service.

    Called and booked a candle light table and was confirmed to me over phone but at arrival said they dint arrange saying they have banquet event so they can't. Secondly i ordered a cake with a candle and music but just as a order cake was kept in front of us. It was so shameful for me. Its like a insult for me infront of my frnds. Not expected this. Never recommend anyone. Pathetic. Very slow service.... More

    It’s a resort on the beginning of Panjim. It’s bit off the main road and need vehicle. They provide cottages. Nicely built, neat and clean cottages. It’s on the side of creek and you can enjoy sea. Food is good and relaxing atmosphere. Select cottage 112, 113. They face to sea. They have ground to play games and group activities.... More

Overview

Located on beachfront, Cabana By The Bay at Bay 15 is situated in the most happening spots of Goa- Dona Paula. Guests can walk out to the beach, collect colorful shells and enjoy healthy breakfast which is offered for free. The resort has 15 tastefully done up wooden chalets which can accommodate upto 2 guests per chalet. Chalets are equipped with TV, AC, Minibar, Tea coffee maker and Safe deposit box. Bay 15 Lounge, a coffee shop serves Mediterranean cuisine, while sea food lovers can head to Harbour Grill, where sea food, Goan and Grilled food is served. Several other facilities such as front desk for limited hours, Nightclub to shake a leg, free parking and lush garden are also provided.

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
