Not worth the price!!

Didn’t find it worth the amount.. had booked the cottage duplex grand but the rooms were very ok so we asked for shift and then they shifted to another room which was little better with modern amenities.. The bathrooms were very big..
A Fabulous Resort...
on Nov 1, 2019
After much deliberation between the Evershine Keys and the Le Meredien In Mahabaleshwar, we chose the Brightlands purely on our previous two experiences of dining there and checking the images/ reviews here on TA.
Reservations were smoothly executed by extremely helpful Ms Bharti, so was the check in process.
They have several rooms in various categories and it does become a tough choice to make- so purely on a price point they have classified their rates as high season / low / weekdays and weekends.
Whilst there we requested to see some of the the newer rooms ( we checked out a couple of the options) like oak and maple and poolside, cottages as well, for a better understanding of what’s on offer at varied price points ,we were happy with the Lavender rooms.
Mr Joginder the on duty manager, was extremely helpful and assisted us well all through.
Brightlands has amazing valley views and is close to the Kate’s Point, they have a great breakfast spread at the Olive Garden restaurant and the outside seating near the bar is really great and on a chilly night which we experienced each day was even more wonderful.
Weather plays a crucial role when in Hill station and the had super weather through our stay. Fun activities were organised each day for kids and adults, including a trek each morning, the event head Mr Kc is extremely resourceful and well informed ( we had a unexpected experience with some wild Bison whilst on the morning trek and he thankfully guided us through safely), all events were well put together and kept kids engaged.
We most certainly are looking forward to staying here soon and with NO deliberations, as no better place than Brightlands In Mahabaleshwar.
Superb Hotel with Lovely service
on Oct 7, 2019
Stayed here for 2 nights.. Though have been visiting Mahableshwar almost once a year past 25 yrs .. this was our first stay with Brightland and I would say was just Superb....
1. Room detaling... 5/5
2. Location: 5/5
3. Food : 5/5
4. Service 6/5
Yes loved service so much. Each and every person knew their job and were well trained to execute..
Food quality was amazing..
Having beer on open Bar Terrace was out of the world experience.
Used their SPA and again therapist was very good and knew his job well which was pleasant surprise as Past few experiences at other resorts I had stayed with were not up to the mark..
Rooms are bit old but quality of service, bed, toiletries made up for all and I will not de fame them for such reason..
Will stay with them again..... hell yes..
Next to graveyard ( kabristan)
on Sep 24, 2019
This property is very old with a poor reception and just front of graveyard. Not recommended to anyone as many other options are available near central MKT.try to stay in central mahabaleswar. No room is pool facing. Old property and high priced. Stay away from this old property.
Excellent Amenities at Brightland Resort & Spa, Mahabaleshwar
on Sep 19, 2019
I would like to thank the entire team of Brightland Resort & Spa especially to Ms. Sharda Ji & Mr Shukla Ji who has recommended the best room to us. I can say they have the best food as well as excellent view from room. Perfect disciplined staff who worked round the clock to maintain excellent hygiene. I would recommend travellers for this resort.
