    The best part of this restaurant is that it is right on the Palolem beach facing the ocean. It has such a bad restaurant with substandard food and service. I was on a visit to this beach on 14/Dec, 2017 with my family of kids. I was invited by the restaurant staff and that made me happy to enter this place. The restaurant was empty and there were hardly any customer, however, the waiter took my order only after making me wait for 15 minutes. Subsequently, they took 45 minutes to deliver my food (Veg. Sandwich and Veg. Pizza), when I asked about it, the waiter said that is the normal time in Goa :( .. This is really bad, because Dominos delivers Pizza to your home in 30 min?? Then came the food, that was hot but tasteless, on top of that when they billed me, it was for 2 Pizzas whereas I ordered only 1. Unfortunately, I was stressed out for my experience and I didn't pay attention to the details, so I ended up paying the whole money he asked for. I paid a hefty price for a tasteless pizza.     The hotel is located at the right side of Palolem beach. Pros: 1) The accommodation is located right on the sea-beach offering a good sea-view. 2) Sea- view, partial sea-view and non-sea view rooms are available. 3) The AC sea-view cottages (Our room) on the first floor are newly constructed and beautiful. 4) AC was working properly and cooling the room pretty fast 5) Bathroom was clean with 24/7 hot water 6) The shack (At the ground floor) offers good food. 7) The receptionists/owners were helpful and co-operative. 8) View from room and balcony was beautiful 9) Staffs are pretty agile 10) Free wifi speed was good. Sometime it was getting disconnected Cons: 1) Rs. 3800 for a cottage per night is slightly on a higher side 2) At this price, a hammock was expected. 3) No room service These three are minor cons.     stayed here in feb 2017, the beach huts which we stayed in were brand new at the front of the hotel, there was 12 of us and we bartered for 6 beach huts, staff were very friendly and the food was good but not the best food on the beach... More

Overview

A free internet access is available in the premises of Brendon Guest house, a guest house located in Goa. Canacona Railway Station at a distance of 3 km, and Palolem beach, at a distance of 0 km, are both accessible from this guest house. Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
