    I would absolutely recommend this resort. It is basic, but clean and well maintained. It is located close to Calangute beach and all shops are within 3-5 mins walk. The staff are extremely helpful and smile a lot (that always makes a huge difference). Our stay was 4 nights and ate there most every night, barring one. Wonderful food and prompt service. It might only carry a 2 star rating ... but feels 3 to 4 star. The manager I dealt with the most was Albert whose customer relations is more than what any holiday maker could wish for ... approachable and knowledgeable on Goa and tours. The nightly rates where extremely affordable ... allowing money to be spend on many other leisure activities. Thanks Albert, Anil and staff ... we will see you again!! ... More

    Located near calangute beach ( just 2 minutes by walk ), this hotels offers you neat and clean rooms at affordable prices. There is mini bar in each room. In our package buffet breakfast was included, which made the prices look better deal. The staff is nice but room service and room cleaning needs some improvement.     Stayed there for a week in March. One of the best place to stay. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Food is great. All kind of sea food available. Staffs are friendly and courteous. Pool is clean but small. Location is very prominent. 500 meters to Calangute Beach. Tariff is reasonable.... More

    So once again we are back "home", this time in Goa for six weeks, starting at our favourite place, arrived to a very warm welcome, nice new pillows on bed, plonked ourselves down on patio chair after very long journey, got spoilt, never moved, boys doing everything they can to make us rest, even cooked a special dinner, the genuine delight on their faces was heart warming , . The new pool is fantastic, kept spotless, very strict swimwear only rule is a bonus, as some people think they can just jump in with all cloth on, do not understand a pool is hard work to be kept CLEAN, please respect this rule and you will have a wonderful time in a lovely pool, the room cleaned daily, and the food is great, will even do you something not on menu if possible, Thank you room boys for nice room smells, Thank you Anil, Bepul, Nirak, Raj, and rest of the bar boys , you are more like our family and hotel workers, you make us feel very special, Bikash for. Taxis and internet, and anything else we need organising, phone call to dentist etc, And most of all, Albert, Malissa , for a wonderful evening we shall never forget, Baratash and your lovely family.     The management here is rude and entire stay is poorly managed.The price is very over priced. 9000 rs for 2 days .. The food quality is also very poor. The rooms are also not well maintained and not clean. Please avoid this place.... More

BR Holiday Resort can be reached from the Thivim Railway Station which is located at a distance of 19 km. This resort in Goa provides car and bike hire service to its patrons. Basic amenities available include mini-bar, 2 bottles of drinking water, showers, mini-fridge, tea/coffee maker and private balcony.

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
