    We stayed in bouganvilla for 1 day trip. This is third time we came to ooty. we stayed in different hotels before but this is the best place we ever stayed which is surrounded by beautiful scenic. It was well maintained, Employees are more polite especially Mr. Anand , available for any time and they will assist you if you need any travel guidance.Food is also good. Finally the most important the cost is affordable it will not make hole in your pocket. sure we will stay whenever we come again to ooty and will recommend to my friends.     Went there for a day with my family. The place Really stood out and met the expectation for the price. The rooms were big and cozy. We were 8 people and were easily fit in 3 rooms. Their food was good. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, Every Member of my family liked it.... More

Especially Anand has taken care us very well. he is accessible throughout our trip. only one thing, better to do something on the road from main road to villa (its just 100 meter) its pretty bad....     Very nice hosts I must say. Mr. Vimal was particularly helpful. He received us, made us settle down comfortably. Rooms were nice, toilet was clean, periphery was peaceful. But to add to all the extra comfort was that food prepared was home made and was delicious. In fact, every person I met there was courteous, helpful. We had needs like cater to multiple people's cuisines, taking care of a 2 year old, and others and almost all was promptly taken care of. The best part was when I called them up the first time, I was told to wait up at the bus stand. When I called them up the second time after some 30-40 minutes from another number ( and Mr. Vimal here thought that I was a different caller), I was denied. When I later said, I am the same guy, he took my vehicle number and came to pick me up. That I thought was really nice gesture and he trusted me to come and denied another potential customer so as not to cause trouble to his first. While what I said is necessary in hospitality, it is frequently not found. So 6 stars from me!!... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
