    I had been to Goa on 11th Jan 2016 n stayed @ Bom Mudhas for 7 nites n 8days. It's a 3 star hotel(oficialy not rated though) but it has fridge, tv, ac, hot water, double bed, wardrobe,n a wonderful sea facing room wid a balcony where any one can sit n njoy the sea without visiting sea beach. the sea in even visible from inside the room too. The room is clean, tidy, spacious, wid alternate days room cleaning facility Food is not available at the hotel without breakfast that is chargeable ofcourse. Food can be brought from outside and eaten inside the room. The hotel authorities provides you with curtlery. They have an adjoining restaurant under the same owner named "Viva la Fenice;an italian resto bar" which provides excellent quality of food. The owner is very friendly and cordial. Room rent is very economic as far Goa"s high budget hotels. Rs 3000 per nite (sea facing ac room)... More

    Hotel tag not suitable

    We were having only one day of booking in GOA and next day in search of some GOOD HOTEL we landed up into this HELL. PROS : Only and only Good thing about this hotel is that it is just 20 - 30 steps from the Calangute beach. You can enjoy beach panorama during morning, evening and also till late night. CONS : 1. No House Keeping been done even after prompted for several times. 2. Blankets were not been provided even after reminding during check in. 3. Bed sheets were smelling very bad and mattresses were also not comfortable. 4. No Reception/NO attendants/NO Manager. With all this troubles we have change the hotel just next day. Overall : This place is just to keep your stuff at one place and go on long exploration of GOA beauty. Hence, it is not even worth of money.... More

    Please save yourself the trouble and stay away from this place! There is absolutely NOTHING good about it. If you want an unsafe place to stay or up for an adventure potentially costing your life, feel free to come. I wont even describe the disgusting rooms, because its the least of the problems of this "hotel". We had to cancel the booking after one night. There are plenty of great places all around, just walk around and ask...... More

    Solo Women: Beware!

    The Good: It is a few steps away from the beach, free breakfast (egg, toast and tea), clean room (for the most part), if you just want a place to sleep and nothing more, this hotel is good. The Bad: No reception desk, no service, no internet, manager is not around, no security, a lot of ants in my room (even on the bed). It should be priced less because there are no services. The Ugly: On December 30, 2013, a worker tried to intrude and enter my room. At 6pm, he came to my door with a duster and asked to come in to clean. I said no. He then kept looking over my shoulder as I stood at the front door and asked what I was doing, if I was alone, etc. I was irritated, gave short answers and closed the door. I thought it strange that he came to clean at 6pm. However, I didn't think much about him because he seemed so mild mannered and was very soft spoken. If you met this guy you would never believe what he tried to do. After 9pm, on the same day, he knocked, I opened the door. He had 500 rupees in his hand and asked for change. I told him I had no change (then, I knew something was wrong with the situation, it was too late to stop by randomly asking for change). When I tried to close the door, he placed his foot and arm in between the door, told me to wait and again asked if I was alone, what was I doing etc. I told him I had no change and to leave me alone. (Mind you, this verbal exchange is occurring while I am trying to close the door on his foot and arm). As I tried to close the door, he kept pushing back the door, trying to push his way in my room. Only by God's grace was I able to shut the door. I later texted the manager about the situation. I was ready to call the police if he came by again. I became even more irritated because the manager sided with his employee's lies. I requested the manager to come to the hotel. He did. The employee still lied about the situation as I stood in front of him. The employee said he didn't come by my room and that it was a friend of mine who came by. In the end, the manager said he likes the employee, he's a good worker. LADIES BEWARE, he WILL strike again because he was so close to victimizing me. After this incident, I truly do not want to travel alone. I am grateful it was not worse. No one was in the hotel at the time. Normally, there would be someone else there. But for some reason, everyone was out at the time. That is why he came by. People eventually came to the hotel during my conversation with the manager. To add insult to injury... the manager asked me if I could give a good review online! Absolutely not! Men do not have to worry about theses things. But if you are a female who travels solo, or even splits from friends when traveling with a group: DO NOT STAY HERE. This was the first hotel where I felt unsafe during my 19 days in India.     На сегодняшний день отель из категории гестхауса переведен в категорию пляжного отеля и имеет новое название Oceans 7 inn. Расположен неудобно, поскольку от высадки из трансфера до отеля расстояние 600 м, которое нужно преодолеть вместе с чемоданами пешком, по узкой, малоосвещенной дорожке. Цена раннего заселения 15 долларов, но это не дает права на завтрак в первый день. На второй день, на завтрак нам были предложены на выбор чай или кофе. Мы выбрали кофе, за что были наказаны счетом в 120 рупий ( вот такой способ развода). Завтрак скудный: два ломтика хлеба, кусочек дешевого маргарина, ложечка джема, чай. Скупердяи, отказавшиеся от оплаты раннего заселения, размещаются в 14 часов, как правило в плохие тесные номера с малюсеньким, зарешеченым окном, без вида и балкона. Практикуется манипуляция с номерами. На наших глазах из номера с видом на море, под предлогом ремонта, были переселены две женщины. Тут же номер был заселен другими гостями (ремонт видно отложили). Попытки добиться справедливости, не увенчались успехом. Наш номер №3, на втором этаже тесноватый но нас устроил, оборудование скудное: стенной шкаф без вешалок, в санузле нет ершика и туалетной бумаги, двухспальная кровать застелена односпальной простыней (первую ночь провели на покрывале). Когда открыли холодильник, за аренду которого заплатили 2000 рупий, поняли, что в нем что-то сдохло, с вонью боролись самостоятельно несколько дней. Уборка номеров удовлетворительная, по запросу, со сменой белья. Территория отеля маленькая, ухоженная, но совершенно без тени. Расположен отель близко к пляжу на задах пляжных шеков, т.е. в районе их помоек, откуда несется то смрад гниющих отходов, то дым от сжигаемого мусора. Дорога на пляж через помойки. Тьма каркающих и гадящих ворон. Чувствуешь себя бомжом с городской свалки. Отель очень шумный, звукоизоляция никакая. Вайфай, ну очень слабый. Вот такой веселенький отельчик с видом на море. Народ ропщет, но до открытых протестов дело не доходит. Никто из опрошенных, в том числе я, возвращаться в отель не хотят. Где минулая слава этого отеля?... More

Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
