    Pathetic state of affairs

    I booked 4 rooms since I own an apartment at this place. Despite entitled to 15 days, I can only book one apartment at a time. So I was supposed to pay for 3 rooms. This I was a special occasion since it was a trip to visit Lord Jagannath after my nephew’s wedding. After checking in, found the sorry state of rooms and toilet - and left without using any room. However, had to pay 8,000 rupees because I had checked in. I have no idea how this is rated even greater than 1. Beware! I will be back with a detailed post on the sad state of the maintenance. ...     Stayed here for 2 nights and it was a great experience as the rooms are spacious, clean and hygenic. Also, a Pool is there to cool you down from the scorching Sun. Abit away from the beach but is a great place all together. Fooding quality should increase... More

    Nice property with very unprofessional management

    Stayed at Blue lily for 2 nights during a business gettogher last month. Although a bit distance from the main attractions,Jagannath temple but near to sea beach.Very nice property with a beautiful pool.Room size was big too.But it seriously needs renovation. Floor tiles peeled off, sealing broken and so on.secondly they provided with used towels,but asking again n again they replaced that after 1 n half hour .In the morning I asked for a tooth brush.But to my surprise they charged me for that.How can a 3star resort charge their customer for a dental kit ,which should be placed in the free toiletries in almost all standard hotels n resorts.Very unprofessional staffs.They even don't know how to talk.Overall an very nice property with the hand of a bunch of unprofessional fellows....     Nice and Comfortable Stay at Blue Lily

    Overall a good place to stay. The feel good factors are the location of the hotel. Though not opposite to beach, but very close to it. Designated parking, good lawn where you can have your own activities and a swimming pool. Food gets a 5 star rating. You get a clear view of Jagannath Temple from the corridor. Service part was good especially (Housekeeping/Restaurant), but came across a specific service charge towards providing cutlery by room service which was a little surprising.     This resort is my best preference to stay with family . Peaceful , clean , near to beach and amazing swimming pool for kids . Staffs are very friendly . In house Restaurant is also amazing . Only Wifi has issue inside rooms .... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 10 AM and the standard check-out time is 08 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
