    The property is very nice 360 degree sea view is awesome. but management is local goan family whose intention to only make money. they charge everything double or triple from guests. very rude behaviour. mostly from foreigners. service is pathetic. food is not at all good. Location is very remote from Agonda. need XUv or 4X4 to reach as road is not proper total off road. Beware if you think to go there.... More

    We didn’t stay here but in another resort in cola beach, however we did eat at Blue Lagoon. The food was exceptionally good, I got the prawn masala and it was by far the best curry I’ve ever eaten. The beach is beautiful and definitely worth a visit. If you are just coming for the day I would recommend you eat at Blue Lagoon.... More

    I was to go with my family yo Cola Beach ( not a part of the property) I has pre-informed them that I would be taking one room, in order to freshen up and just in case.I also told them I will be carrying my own single malts from my reserve, but will order all other beers and chasers and food from the hotel. I also told them that I am pre-informing them and if they have any issue, i could try some other place and they accepted my booking. When I was there with my family, they created such a scene and treated us like rubbish in front of the guests, I told them again that i had pre-informed, they said that the one whom i spoke to was a booking office, and that they have nothing to do with them. The lady from the booking office (joe) who was very sweet, tried to sort the issue out for us i offered to pay a corkage too. They gladly and greedily accepted. However the whole time they would come and disturb the family saying you can't do this and that, you are not allowed to eat in the room, no playing music and other unreasonable treatment which was completely unnecessary and seemed deliberate . At the end of the day, none of us even stayed overnight at this property, I had ordered from the restaurant and given them enough business of over 9000 rupees by then. I went to pay at the counter and gave him my card. He took the card and while was swiping i told him that his place is beautiful but he should treat clients like this, and we are Goans for whom he could choose to go the extra mile. Upon hearing this he throws my card back on the table and says, now I wont accept your card, please go out and get me cash. Now this piece of dung had the audacity to do this! I wish i could just punch a hole in in miserable face. Any how, I told him that he has an option of taking the card or I am waling away. He then takes the card and swipes it . I felt utterly embarrassed with this treatment in front of my family and I looked as if I was so unorganized which I generally am. I love this spot, but i am compelled to never come here again. Actually Blue lagoon management does not deserve this place. These are one of the many who drive the good tourist away. these guys are crabs!... More

    This place is simple, in a beautiful location reached by a kilometre dirt track. We came for 3 nights to completely chill before moving on to more lively destinations. It has a palm fringed beach and lagoon with good value huts. The atmosphere is tranquil and it has a bar/restaurant. If you are coming from the airport get the resort taxi, particularly at night as it is safe, we’ll priced and reliable. Don’t expect a 5 star resort. I have given it 5 stars as it is good value for money.... More

It's tough to resist a beach vacation in the location that is known as 'Tourist Paradise of India', Goa. Occasionally just lazing on the beach might give a glimpse of the interesting city. Bed down in one of the memorable private room in Blue Lagoon for an insight of Goan life. The service apartment has two massive rooms to offer with the local styling. Some famous beaches like Palolem, Zalon are just a stroll away from the apartment. The services offer is dry cleaning facility, front desk service and emergency backup generator. There is ample parking space within the premises of the hotel. Guests can order meal through room service facility.


Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 01 PM, Check-out Time is 01 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
