    The location of the property is a little tricky. It does have Jeep facility running round the clock. I would strictly advise on NOT taking your vehicle to the hotel and leaving it on the Main Road at the top. The rooms are clean and maintained well. However, do not expect luxurious facilities. The breakfast menu on both the days was minimal. Just one item (idly on Day1 and Puri Bhaji on Day 2 along with Bread Butter Jam). There is no drivers bay/facility available which can lead to awkward adjustments to be made in case the stay is for more than a day.... More

    Enjoy 2 nights stay at Blue Bells Valley Resort. Hotel is located in valley to get there its an advanture. Room is facing lush green trees valley where you feel nature closely. Room was spacious & clean. Hotel representative Mahesh and Ganesh is very cooperative. Chef is from Nepal who made the tasty food. Hotel is safe for family stay It is approx 4 km away from Munnar. I like the hospitality & wish to visit again.... More

    Yes! This is what we heard from manager.. some of the low lights: - stinky rooms, smell is too bad and is intolerable - wet mattress due to moisture, we were not able to sleep whole night - bugs and frogs in the rooms and bathrooms - food is ridiculously expensive compared to other hotels in the area - resort is in a ditch, so once you are in it's impossible to walk out for walk or local sightseeing - Wifi is only in managers office, so no Connectivity in rooms - Room phones do not work, so for room service you will have to go out to managers office - expensive compared to other resorts in the area Will not recommend this hotel....     Hmmm.. rooms average... It is an estate, privately owned... Has its own river running within property which could be reached after 1hour downhill trek. Roads to this place is very difficult terrain and has a very steep slope. Can enjoy lots of privacy and peace as it is located away from the heart of the town.... More

Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
