    After spending vacation in Pondicherry, we stayed in this property for a night , wow..!!! We really didn't expect much, it's really a great value money... The amenities were soo luxurious , the service was too good, the speed of the WiFi was at lightening fast, the rooms were soo spacious and ergonomically designed .. vast warandah space , ventilation was soo good.. overall we had a excellent night stay in this property...!!! For budget travellers I completely recommend this property...!!!... More

    Its a good hotel with great ambience. Breakfast is very tasty. The rooms are private, spacious and beds are comfortable.The rooms are spacious.the room had all the amenities of a 3 start hotel. The bed is very comfortable and sofas quite luxurious. Ambience is very good.Only issue is with dinner is not up to the mark.... More

    Chennai is famous for tourist and business purpose. Hotel Blue Iris will never disappoint you with its good service and clean room with good ambience, The Bed is very comfortable, No Sound Pollution, Very silent area. Room service is good. Best thing is that "SKYWALK MALL" just a 5 minute walking distance. So you can spend your evening there. 4**** From my Side. I would love to visit the hotel again.... More

    Chennai is a city which has a lot of good hotels for its tourists and business visitors. Hotel Blue Iris will never disappoint you with its prompt service and wonderful rooms. I had booked a single A/c room which I felt was little less in spacial dimension. But the room had all the amenities of a 3 start hotel and its worth for the price it charges. The bed is very comfortable and sofas quite luxurious. Ambience is very good but room lighting and electrical sockets was one area where I felt that there is need for improvement. You won't be disappointed with the stay in this hotel which is very easily accessible from Koyambedu bus stand as well as Central Railway station. With Amba Skywalk Mall just 700 metres away, there is enough room for some quality shopping and entertainment. ... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
