    We had a 2-night stay in Munnar and chose to stay at Blu haze resort. It was located quite off the road, with some more hotels around and a few local shops that also needed a vehicle to be accessible. The hotel was nice, neat and clean. We had booked one room with an extra bed, and everything was already setup before we reached there. The room was quite big and spacious. They had sofa set, TV, study table, curtains, etc. Everything was in place. Their room service was a bit slow, but that was manageable. The room did not have an electric kettle, which was a negative in this age. The breakfast buffet was nice and the staff was accomodating enough to accept the request of packing a few things for the little kids. We had a nice comfortable stay there... More

    One of the worst hotels I have visited. The staff is very slow. Buffet and food is not that great. I was surprised in buffet when we asked extra omlette they said it is one per person. Never seen this in any hotel! Second day they had boiled eggs , we asked for omlette they said that all eggs have been boiled!! Food is also not that great, since this hotel is in outskirts there is no option but to have food there. On rooms yes they are spacious but intercom was not working in all rooms. We had booked 7 rooms. One room had a tap broken, they fixed with Teflon tape! They were not willing to accept cards as mode of payment and only wanted cash. They had a machine but was telling that there is a signal problem which was absurd! Will not recommend this hotel at all.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
