    This hotel is right next to my home; we had family members come in to stay here but the rooms, service and everything else should improve. It is off the Besant Kaur marg, close to Qutub, Hauz Khas, Jahanpana, Beghumpur et al and you can go to central delhi and gurgaon by metro or cab easy. Learn from a good BnB and make it so. ... More

    Location of this hotel is good & easily accessible. I have stayed here twice in same room once in January 2015 & in November 2015. Room was clean & did floral decoration in the room on extra charges which made my stay very nice.... More

    Location is good. However rooms are not clean at all. Bathrooms are also dirty. Not up to the mark. Comes across as a very dingy hotel. You will find ALOT of cockroaches and lizards around. Food quality is also quite poor. Overall not recommended to stay here at all unless die hard emergency. ... More

    Good location only 80 rupee ride to Starbucks in the mall and close walk to good food. Modern looking. Flat screen tv with cable and nice sized. Bed was comfy and soft. That is about it for nice. Walks are dirty. Not old, dirty. Like they never use bleach. Sheets, dirty. Bathroom dirty and water cold. Hallway smells like pee. Could be a good hotel if they cleaned. So spend $40 more and stay at Hilton Garden at the mall. ... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. Booking Policies

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
