    Strong points: 1) Location in well deserved for a smooth experience. 2) staff is extremely polite and accommodating. 3) Candolim beach is within a stone throne of distance. 4) Tries to accommodate most of the odd requests at odd hours also Areas of improvement: 1)Breakfast menu is monotonous, need an egg dish at least. 2)Every room should offered with at least one bottle of Packaged drinking water complementary. 3) Though cleanliness was not a very bad as such but I feel still there is good room for vast improvement.     Worst hotel of Goa. Its Not a Resort its a Guest House Rudely Staff also the Rudely Owner Staff don't know how to serve Food we are Four Friends and we order food after getting food in Two Hours Curd and Salad come after we had done our Food. Poor Service . Leakage at Washroom Dirty Swimming Pool.They had not clear Pool about 1 Year . Guys if you Don't want to Spoil your Holidays at Goa Then Please Please Never go There.... More

    I found it really difficult to book a place in Goa for the New Year night and a total of 4 days with my family,I found this place through Oyo and found the place to be pretty reasonable. Its close proximity to the beach in Calingute,the innumerable shacks at walking distance and the array of food joints in walking distance was a big plus. On the resort itself its pretty small and neat with limited option for room service and ok service overall. of course better options available in Goa,but given the timing and the rate offered it was good value considering it was new years eve....     This by far is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. So awful thatIi moved out after one night. Firstly the staff are very rude and not helpful at all..... after checking in and paying I was promised my change would be brought to my room... never arrived... even after chasing. Was promised wifi but the manager was not forthcoming with passwords. The room was absolutely awful - run down and down right dirty - the pillows smelled dirty- asked for replacements which were no better - don't think they are laundered - under the pillow case the pillow itself was covered in mildew!! The room looked as it hadnt been cleaned - fag butts on the floor, dirty fridge with half eaten food, filthy bedding. Facilities were non existent!! please see my photos and avoid! Was so glad to get out! I had a fabulous trip travelling around Goa over my 3 weeks there this was the only awful thing - REALLY AWFUL!... More

    It's a worst resort i had ever seen in Goa. Rooms were not clean, you will at least find 5 bed bugs every night, very poor service, restaurant is of no use. only good thing about this hotel that its near to Calangute bech otherwise its a worst hotel, never think to stay there.... More

Located just 1 km from the Calangute Beach is the Bevvan Resort, Goa. This property has an outdoor swimming pool. This resort has 20 guestrooms for accommodation. Each air-conditioned room has cable television, sitting area, intercom phone and an attached bathroom with hot/cold water supply.

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
