    Located in Parsi colony near salunke vihar road little inside from normal city I must say. Hotel has many rooms with restaurant attached to it. Experience at reception was excellent,Mr. Mohsin was there who was so kind and helpful. Rooms were good and spacious. Looks like v old property so washrooms were not that great. Breakfast was pathetic. Had just 2-3 options, being a big property like this was expecting better options. Issue is there is only option of own car or ola/Uber for commuting. But yes for business tour this was worth visiting. ... More

    The rooms are decent but the hotel lacks cleanliness. There were insects in the room n bath room. There were cockroaches all around in room, bath room including the phone receiver as well. They do not provide tea kettle n charge very high for the worst tea you will ever have. Not only cleaning department but they are very poor in maintaining the place...the bath room doors do not lock properly. The cupboard did not open. There was dust all around. We were awake till 3 because of poor quality of mattresses and pillows and were awake by 6:30. I wish I had not chosen this hotel n paid online. They provide complimentary breakfast but we did not have coz of hygiene issues. So could not complain anything on those grounds. It looks as if the building was suppose to be residential houses that’s converted into hotel. My suggestion to the management is that instead of 7 floors concentrate on 2 floors so that at least those guest who will stay here in future will not have any health issues... More

    We visited Hotel Beverly hills in January 2018, and had a very bad experience, I was wondering how this hotel is 3 star? property is old and not maintained, very small rooms, bathroom taps lekage and dirty, bedsheet covers only half of the bad and other portion is hidden by blanket, bedsheets are dirty and torned, cleaning of room is not done properly, no tea and coffee machines and no wifi, breakfast and dinner was included in our package but they close their restaurant by 9:30 p.m., not approchable and no cabs can locate the location so you have to struggle with that.No hot water in taps we have to use another bathroom.     Was put up here for a family function for 3 nights. The rooms aren’t the cleanest and they don’t clean them daily either when occupied which is strange. Staff isn’t the friendliest either. If you are looking to crash with friends with no fuss this might be the place else would not recommend. Am sure the city has much better to offer for the price.. p.s. do have a look at multiple rooms if possible before checking in, as the layouts are different ... More

    Stayed here for one night to attend a function. Had visited this place earlier to see the vintage collection of cars and to eat at the restaurant. Based on this experience We booked the hotel through phone and got a good deal at 3000 rupees for one night including breakfast . To our horror the rooms are old, dusty and full of dust and stains. Furniture and bathroom fixtures are torn and shabby . Reception counter is good and helpful but nothing much can be done by these guys the reason given was recent change in management. There were hardly any guests around and you feel scary at night . THERE IS NO ROOM SERVICE THERE IS NO RESTAURANT THERE IS NO BREAKFAST IN MORNING. BEWARE THE PLUS POINTS Very nice location , calm and peaceful No much competition around No disturbance. OVERALL A PLACE TO AVOID BY FAMILIES... More

  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
